“The staff here are really approachable and helpful. I love that Home Hardware carries products that no one else has as well, it doesn't feel like I'm shopping at any other big box store. When they were out of stock on an item I came in for, instead of sending us to their location in Sardis, they had it delivered to the store that same day. We went across the street to the Rona for other things we needed, and they called me within an hour to tell me that it had just arrived. I can't remember her name, but the woman who runs the paint counter has been so pleasant the last few times we came to the shop, and she remembered who I was after our first visit there.”

“Would like to thank Bob and the other 2 staff members whom I did not see their names. Went in at 651 pm Friday evening and didn't realize they were closing at 7 pm. Bob went the actual distance to make sure the screws I was getting would fit for the purpose I needed them. I had the wrong ones and thanks to Bob they fit. Was out of there at 703 pm.
