“The staff here are really approachable and helpful. I love that Home Hardware carries products that no one else has as well, it doesn't feel like I'm shopping at any other big box store. When they were out of stock on an item I came in for, instead of sending us to their location in Sardis, they had it delivered to the store that same day. We went across the street to the Rona for other things we needed, and they called me within an hour to tell me that it had just arrived. I can't remember her name, but the woman who runs the paint counter has been so pleasant the last few times we came to the shop, and she remembered who I was after our first visit there.”

“I recently purchased a fridge from the Chilliwack store that was handled by Karen. There were a number of things that due to weird circumstances, did not run smoothly. Karen handled everything in a smooth, professional, friendly manner that was a positive delight (and shock) in this day of poor customer relations. She was able to hunt down the fridge I was interested in, get it ordered in the colour I was hoping for and even switched the delivery date around when she learned I was in the hospital. And as if all that was not impressive enough, she followed up by calling after the delivery to ask if it had gone well and if I was happy with the fridge.
