“Would like to thank Bob and the other 2 staff members whom I did not see their names. Went in at 651 pm Friday evening and didn't realize they were closing at 7 pm. Bob went the actual distance to make sure the screws I was getting would fit for the purpose I needed them. I had the wrong ones and thanks to Bob they fit. Was out of there at 703 pm.

“Was helped by a nice man named CARLOS in the lumber department. He was clearly alone in this department with no one else in sight and needed to attend to many customers at once and did so effortlessly and with an amazing level of customer service. Everyone was happy and thankful. He is an exemplary employee and made my shopping trip a pleasure. This man is gold and a great representation for Home Depot.
