Won't be back. Second time I've made an appointment and still waited over an hour. Yet everyone that walks in they say yes they have time but then you sit there waiting for an hour. Also if you book a mani and pedi they do it one after the other instead of at the same time which is ridiculously long.

I've been having my nails done for as long as I can remember and I am so happy that Hottips opened up.I tried them and am delighted with Jessica.
She's very knowledgeable and fast.

Awesome place. Ladies are very kind. And do exactly what you want. I picked a color I ended up hating on myself. And they did a new color with being super understanding. I hate being that person. But so thankful they were so kind about it ❤️❤️

Personally I love this nail salon. They always do a good job on my nails 10/10 and if you have a problem with what’s happening in the moment and it’s communicated properly they will fix it.
Personally I go to Jessica she’s amazing! And she’s wonderful at nail designs and makes sure everything is executed perfectly along with her sister.

I went for some me-time, a treat away from the kids. Instead, my feet got absolutely butchered… the girl who did my pedicure cut the corners of my nails at a sharp angle down (which is an absolute no-no, if you ask any foot doctor, because it leads to hand nails). And when those corner pieces didn’t come off because she didn’t cut to the edge of the nails, she would just tug on them until they ripped off. My toes were all bleeding. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I absolutely expect a bunch of hang nails in 2-4 weeks 😢 do not go there!
My acrylic manicure was not as torturous, but completely lacked a discerning eye for detail. There was no pride in her work. My technician was Lucy… hope they’re not all like that, but I’m not going to risk finding out.

honestly, it is a great place with great people and workers! I love the variety of colours and designs you can choose.I got shellac nails and was told they would last a pretty good amount of time. They automatically started coming off the next day!! I was really disappointed, so I don't think I will be going there again.

Wanted to surprise my daughter by getting her nails done for the first time for Christmas. It was very rushed, they didn’t trim her cuticles or give her hands a massage (I’ve always gotten one). They didn’t take the polish all the way to the cuticle so there is a gap and two fingers lost their gel polish the next day! And now it’s Christmas Eve and so we can’t go back until after Christmas. Not impressed at all. EDIT TO ADD: Day 3 and 2 more have come off. I’m so upset. She is not rough with her hands at all.
