I decided to try kings jewelers for the first time
I had brought in 2 heirloom rings (NOT from kings) One from my mother, and one thats over 150 years old. I told them how much these rings mean to me, and this lovely woman (didn't catch her name) was so kind, cleaned uo the gems and complimented them so much! We came in for a resizing (both from an 11, to a 8 and 8.5)
It took about a week and a day before we got the call that they were ready! I came back to them SPARKLING, my size, and even gave us the sliver they cut off.
