“It was a wonderful experience dealing with Goldsmiths Shoppe. I took 3 rings in, one for repair, one for sizing and all 3 for appraisal. I was given a price and approximate timescale for everything that needed doing. I recieved an update a week in which was appreciated and a surprise call a few days later to say everything was completed and ready for collection, ahead of estimated time given. When I went to collect I was informed that the ring I needed sizing was a 'moving ring', so no alteration was required and the price quoted for all work etx., reduced as well 👍 What wonderful people, fantastic to deal with and great workmanship. I totally recommend Goldsmiths Shoppe for anything jewelery related.”

“Exceptional craftsmanship and service I chose Thomas Jewellers because they have an on-site goldsmith and because of the many positive reviews I had read, and I’m so glad I did! I brought in my wedding rings to have a rough claw repaired, as well as another ring that had a loose stone and needed resizing. I was extremely happy with both the quality of the repairs and how quickly the work was completed. What impressed me most was the goldsmith’s attention to detail. He noticed an issue with previous work on my wedding rings. The two bands had been welded together, but they were off-center and had been crammed too closely together. He beautifully corrected the problem, restoring the proper band width and placement of the ring set. The difference is incredible! The resized ring was also beautifully done — so beautifully, in fact, that when I saw it, I honestly thought it was a new band. Both rings look brand new! The craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail went far beyond my expectations. It’s clear that this goldsmith takes great pride in his work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Thomas Jewellers to anyone looking for exceptional jewellery repair and craftsmanship”
