Apparently this is the only place in town that will do an infant passport photo. Unfortunately they have no idea what they are doing. My baby was so well behaved and yet they could not get an acceptable photo. I even mentioned to her that this photo has a HUGE shadow on it but she assured me it would be fine. It was not fine. We ended up having to do an emergency passport because this photo was rejected.

A big shoutout to Nelson in the tech department, who stayed behind after he had clocked out to help me pick up a photo order. He noticed that his coworker was still on break and didn’t want me to keep waiting. He could’ve walked away but he chose to be a solid guy. Keep it up, brother.

Big variety of grocery essentials, their technology section is complete and their pricing is comparable with best buy, photo for passports etc available as well at this location. Friendly and helpful staff all of them. Very well organized, i will go back for more shopping.

London drugs should select nice friendly people to work at the door when they are closed because of a cyber attack. The unfriendly lady with the ugly tattoos is terrible at customer service. Not just this time but several other times.
Our family drove down from out of town to go shopping.

Shout out to the post office clerk at the Cottonwood London Drugs yesterday afternoon!I believe her name was Jessica. I had something to send to a friend in Winnipeg, and right as she started serving me (would’ve been between 2:45-3:15pm), she got a sudden rush of customers but handled us very efficiently and with enthusiasm. It did help that everyone was understanding that she was on her own at the time but she didn’t get flustered one bit!What a champ! ???

I have been using London drugs photo center for years and this go around I was very disappointed in the cards we received. The high resolution photos I sent in came out grainy and it took longer than expected for them to be ready. The manager did accommodate that with a discount.
