Called at 7:59 for a part that desperately needed to be replaced on our furnace. Dylan answered and said he would wait for me to get there, even though they were about to close. Got there, paid for the part which was only $12.08. But Dylan went above and beyond waiting for me. I was impressed. Thanks Dylan!

One of their employees went above and beyond to answer all of my annoying questions I came in to buy a light bar a little bottle of touch up paint and a dog and they went above and beyond for me he explained all of the features of the light bars to make sure that I was satisfied with the one I was taking home he went and found me a brand new in the box dog bed and they made me the paint even though it was close to closing 100% 10 out of 10 service for this Lordco

Sid and Ashton are amazing! My car battery died after 12 years of service and I had no idea what to do. Person from roadside assistance helped me with a jump start and advised me to replace battery. Sid came outside to help me remove the old battery and even lended me his own tools. They not only helped me with their knowledge, but also calmed me down mentally.
I appreciate the existence of these good people, they deserve a raise.
