Backstory:
So I called about transferring to rogers and since our household was already a Shaw customer we got a discount. I called and was told I could get my plan/sim all on the same day I called; so after getting of the phone with them I went in the mall Rogers booth to pick up the sim card and I realized I read the date closing wrong. The day after I went in and was told that I needed the account hold to sign before I could get the sim card. So the 3rd time I was there I got the sim successfully and Maryam assisted me and answered all of the questions, and went above and beyond with customer service. Thanks so much Maryam, you made my day. I would recommend Rogers, just make sure to watch out for the small things! ?”
