Service is another matter, they can be very rude at times. Especially if you are returning an online order. Why would you pay more in the store when online gives you better pricing, and you get the size you need and delivery to your door? Very rude service today.

Have shopped at Northern Reflection for years but my recent visits there have been very uncomfortable the two ladies I have encountered each time are most unhelpful visiting with each other and makes one uncomfortable in the store surprised they keep their jobs!

I've been shopping at Northern Reflections for as long as I can remember.I still have a sweatshirt that I bought from them about 20 years ago.The quality is second to none and the prices are very reasonable.

I have been shopping at Northern Reflections for years. In the last 8 at the mall in Chilliwack. Service can be wonderful or very bad (in fact almost rude) depending on who is working on any given day. Both of the ladies I have encountered have been there for a number of years. However, one of those ladies should NOT be in retail! My sister was with me one day and now refuses to go back there to shop because of her!

Very strange, i felt uncomfortable and unwelcomeThe lady asked if i was looking for something and i said a white shirt and her response was "well it's more of a spring color so you won't find much"It was the tone of her voice that made me feel like I was out of place. I thought of all the times I've been in the mall, i never check this store out. As I feel some of the other stores are "too young" for me. I won't be back and I know that's not much of a loss for this store.... but that's just a warning for anyone wanting to shop here.

Worst customer service ever. I went November 18 2019 was trying to find pants for my trip tried a couple of pairs on from a sales rack. The sales lady was on the phone complaining about the store,/staff and never let up. I tried the pants no help I came out of fitting room still on phone complaining. I gave up they lost a sale there were 2 pretty blouses I wanted but couldn't listen to her anymore and put up with not even being acknowledged. Won't ever go back.
