Disgusted with this store. Accused of “shoplifting” the other day and called the police on me while I was in the fitting room, all because I put on a large amount of weight and had multiples of the same clothing in different sizes and a bunch of items to try on. Got a knock on my change room door as I was getting back into my clothes from the police saying to come out and I told them to watch their cameras or to speak to the change room attendant who I had been passing clothes back and forth to the entire time (Even going as far as getting rid of some sizes without trying it on as I knew they wouldn’t fit after trying some of that size on). I was completely humiliated, I had a few hundred on me to spend on some clothes and I wanted to buy over 8 items of clothing prior to this incident occurring. I showed the police what I was wearing and said to confirm that is what u walked in wearing and even showed my purse (Which wouldn’t even fit a shirt as it was a small old style purse only able to hold a wallet and some lipstick) and the police didn’t even need to see it but I insisted. I was asked to leave and I had this all occur in front of numerous people shopping. Get better employees at this location. It’s not suspicious if an overweight person is grabbing 2-3 sizes of clothing (especially when they hardly go clothing shopping to begin with, because they’re insecure of their weight and sizes run differently) or want to buy multiple things but want to see how they look on them prior to buying.
They also tried to say I was in there for “30 minutes”. I had a cart half full, with a limit of what to bring in, I had to keep changing back into clothes that did fit well to go out and switch clothing, and also took photos to send to my partner to see what he thought of them so I knew if they were nice or not.
I used to love Old Navy, I will never shop there again after this. I would LOVE to contact head office however they have such horrible hours and the staff couldn’t even be bothered to provide their number.

Terrible customer service. First they cancel my order for no reason. Then I wait on hold for an hour just for the lady to hang up on me while I am explaining what the issue is.

The staff at this store are always so awesome, and the store looked really good for it being so busy. It’s so nice to see the Managers actually helping customers too. Jodi was awesome in helping me find an outfit for my Christmas party.

It’s really not worth shopping here. They bait and switch with lower sale prices, but everything comes up as full price at the till. So annoying and misleading. If they had the full prices advertised, no one would bother shopping here. Urban kids is better quality, more trendy, and way cheaper.

Pricing can be a bit weird, not sure why. (Same items in different size/colour being different prices), but the staff is really great! Super friendly and helpful.
