I have been told for the last 2 years when you purchase 12 bags of dog food, you get one free. All staff in the past assured me the bags would roll over to the next year to ensure I could still get the free bag, until today. I was refused the free bag as the others had "expired". Very disappointed in the lack of communication, had I known I would not have counted on this. You have lost a loyal customer today. Very disappointing and I'm left feeling your store is not trustworthy.

Best little pet shop in town. Not expensive like most, and the service is always 5☆ excellent, which is far more than I can say for any big box pet stores. If you have a dog or any pet, really, then try this place out. I just happened to spot it one day across the lot while at Freshco and needed treat resupplies lol.

I absolutely love coming here to purchase things for my cat. The staff are super friendly and know how to ask if you'd like assistance without being pushy, and if you say you're good, they'll leave you be, or if you do need help the staff will help in every way they can. One of the best things about Oly's is that if you're like me and have a picky pet who is super particular about their food, there is a return policy on pet food so if you pet doesn't like it you can bring it back and they'll help you pick out a different food to try, plus there's normally samples at the front if you're looking to change brands but don't want to commit to a full-size bag. Prices are always super fair, I can definitely recommend coming here!

Very good customer service. Lots of items to purchase for dogs, cats, etc. We went there to get the proper harness and leash for our cat I found the prices very reasonable The customer service is excellent The experience & help is great
