Had some painting work and fibreglass repair done on my camper van by Al and his team. I am very pleased with the results and at a very fair price! They went the extra mile! I'll be back Al! Thanks!

I had a great experience at Al's. Most ICBC rated places won't even look at your vehicle if it's not insurance related but Al was happy to help. Did an awesome job on my truck in a reasonable amount of time and got a great deal on it as well. These Old School body guys are getting harder and harder to find, I'm glad someone like Al Parker's is still around to actually offer service instead of just gouging and taking advantage like the big collision places.

If I could give less than one star I would. Unfortunately there was extremely poor communication with the business owner and his receptionist. My vehicle was supposed to be a ten day turn around for some rust work. There kept being delays and told he would get to it. Anytime I needed an update I had to call. At day 31 I called and was told he would try and get to finishing it the weekend and that he needed to weld something on and just paint it and to call back the following week. I had a gut feeling and ended up having to show up to my vehicle parked in the back… completely untouched without a single ounce of work done on it. 32 days of my vehicle sitting there in the yard!!! Simple communication or a heads up he was too busy to take on my vehicle would have been great I would have picked up my truck and taken it home.

I brought in a Honda civic to be repaired and was told that the front control arms were replaced. They were on the bill and I paid for them as well wheel alignment afterwards.After having trouble with car still took to another reputable mechanic and was SHOWN that the control arms were NOT replaced.I’ve tried contacting Al by phone several times and he pushes it to the next day, says someone will call and then no one ever does.I’m so disappointed. We could barely afford to have our old car fixed and then for this to happen it’s so upsetting. The least he could do is offer to refund the money he took for a service that was never done.Services: Steering & suspension replacement
