“I had an excellent experience here. The man who helped me was thorough and listened to my end goal. The woman that took over the transaction was very patient, personable and gracious. I left with an item that was not quite to my liking and when I went back to express my concern she was quick to make a positive change. I will happily come back and will highly recommend to people this establishment. I have not walked away from a pawn shop this satisfied. Although I don’t go into many of them, the ones that I have dealt with previously left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank you for showing me the items available and taking your time to gain a new customer vs shoeing me out the door because I was “asking too many questions”.”
