Wife and I went in for our covid and influenza shots with appointments but waited forever. Terrible service and such a rude man. He disappeared twice in the middle of my wife's shots to take a phone call and then again to assist someone at the counter that had just walked in. He makes you feel like you are bothering him. Stay away.

Unbelievable how I have been treated by Hector the pharmacist . I have been going to this pharmacy for 3 years . My prescription is private and I have to witness once every week. Never problems. Then it started with my prescription being changed or little things like that… the office would blame Hector and he would blame them. Today I walked in because again my meds are changed . I have to go everyday now and my amount is changed . How this is possible when I have been on the same dose for years I have no clue . On top of all the stress he causes me every month when I have to renew my prescription he gave me someone else’s meds one time and I took it for days before realizing. I have pictures , told him and he just apologized . I asked for the owners information and he refused . Just like today when he kicked me out and said to go to another pharmacy now on… I asked him and Julia the other worker there for the owners phone number and name and he wouldn’t allow her to give me the information. This is a man I have come to respect and allowed all this to pass sometimes because I felt sorry for him and genuinely liked him before . Even when he could have killed me by giving me someone else’s dose… But when mistakes are being made. getting mad and yelling and being rude when it’s his responsibility is unacceptable. People are gonna ask why I kept going back after … I have fibromyalgia no car and this pharmacy is a 5 min walk for me . That’s why. I’ve had big time anxiety now when witnessing and always checking my meds now …. But he did tell me the owner was gonna call me and he did say he was sorry etc . That never happened thought ..So today enough ..I’m now going for legal action because people are telling me I should have from the beginning

Asked if pharmacist could prescribe birth control and he was very rude to me about it. Will have to go somewhere else

We switched to Pharmacy 24 from Shoppers about 2 months ago and we could not be happier. Quick and personal service without the crowds of the bigger pharmacies. Really a great little pharmacy.

Chilliwack and especially promontory has a massive lack of medical professionals and pharmacies.This pharmacy opening up, especially being the first medical clinic in promontory was supposed to be a way to help the community, not just another impossible to access center that only aims to serve patients and customers that don't work regular hours/full time, retired people or people that have no full time responsibilities.Your clinic and pharmacy is not designed to help 95 percent of the people that opening a centre like this should aim to serve.Your pharmacy has the worst hours in the entire city!Your clinic closed down patient registrations 2 days after opening!Your clinic and pharmacy was designed to frustrate and waste majority of people's time.You're not helping anyone, you just found a new place in town to set up your money grab business.Fix your hours, hire more doctors, do something that actually helps promontory, because right now your center is the embodiment of the problem with the health care shortage in Chilliwack
