Amazing customer service paired with wonderful products being offered in their spacious showroom. It was very easy to find everything we were looking for in one go-around with Rush’s help. Also, would like to mention how great Vishal’s appliance repair and maintenance service was, as he was very quick, and helpful with everything needed to fix our microwave, and laundry dryer as soon as possible. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

I love this company, the owner Vishal, goes above and beyond. The prices are comparable to the big box retailers, but the service goes way beyond that if you’re looking for appliances, I can’t recommend these guys enough especially Vishal. When you think of excellent customer service, these guys are the definition. Their delivery team is similar, Werne goes above and beyond, and is friendly and exceptional in the execution of the delivery.

Huge thanks — we were in urgent need of a dishwasher and washing machine, and they recommended the perfect ones. Both were delivered right away and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. Very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I was looking for a new dishwasher and had read some very good reviews about Premium Appliances. Since I pretty much knew what I wanted I didn’t need long to make my choice. Vishal was friendly and helpful in the store and answered any questions I had.
The dishwasher was delivered and installed the following day (which was awesome!) by Preet, who did an excellent job. He phoned me to make sure the time was convenient for me before coming over. He didn’t rush the work, and made sure it was done right. I appreciate this and would absolutely recommend Premium Appliances to anyone.

This place is a hidden gem ! You won’t be disappointed shopping for your appliance here . You get red carpet service from when you walk in the door ! I felt really good about buying a fridge from here after having a nightmare experience with a big chain company! You won’t be disappointed!

We purchased a dishwasher from Premium Appliances in Chilliwack last weekend and wanted to share our experience to anyone else in the market for a new appliance. These guys are absolutely worth checking out. I felt very at ease chatting with the owners. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to find us a dishwasher that met our needs and had competitive pricing. We like to shop local when possible, and these guys made it possible. When we are ready to replace our stove, we'll make this place our first (and hopefully only) stop!

Recently purchased a Samsung dishwasher from Premium Appliances. They were extremely informative and friendly. I never felt like they were pushing me to purchase a specific brand. They also had a terrific inventory and the pricing was better than the big box stores. They made it really easy to purchase from them and it also felt nice supporting a local business in the process.

I had a fantastic experience with Premium Appliance. Their customer service was top-notch from start to finish, Rushal and his team were very friendly and attentive. We were able to get a Samsung Stove that fit within our budget for our new place.

We had already been to a few other appliance stores prior to finding Premium Appliances in Chilliwack. We were thankful to be met at the door with a welcome greeting, and we were quickly asked our names.
Now on a first-name basis, we got down to the business of appliances. There wasn't a question we didn't get answered, and there were even answers for questions we didn't know we had. Due to the knowledgeable staff, we were able to make a quick decision and move forward with our purchase.
We are thankful to have found Premium Appliances, and we highly recommend them for any appliance needs.
