I Wouldn't hesitate to bring back any of my vehicles for any work done..

I seldom leave a review but I was on the way to camping and my car sputter and died on 1 East right before Canada day long weekend. Had to tow the car and leave it at Ralph's - called Chris the following Tuesday and he was able to identify the issue which was my fuel pump. Had to source a used fuel pump and bring it over to Chris to help me do the replacement. Chris is an excellent mechanic and was willing to work options with me. Shop hours were done at a very very reasonable price.
If i ever needed help out there in Chiliwack again, Chris will be the first.

I took my jeep to Ralph's for a 2nd opinion of what I was told was wrong with it. Chris, the manager, took a look at it for no cost and let me know his thoughts. Well long story made short, he did us a huge solid and took great care of us. He is a fine example of what a manager should be. Called me right away when an issue came up so it could be addressed and had my jeep done in less time then originally thought. The bill was a genuine surprise as I was expecting to pay more than what he charged. 10/10, 100% highly recommend.

Made the unfortunate decision to get my oil changed rather than do it myself. It would be nice if the work came with a percentage breakdown of points of inspection ie. break material remaining in particular. A cursory inspection of things was verbally conveyed as part of the service.
I guess I’ll have to be satisfied with the “nothing to worry about “ professional opinion
Before anyone chimes in to defend, I have used your service before on other vehicles, but this time customer service and satisfaction was way below your usual workmanship.
$227.32 for an average oil change, yes I will do it myself twice for that price the next time.

Ever since moving to Chilliwack I discovered Ralph's for my car and they have been great. Very informative and able to break down issues and costs easily. Recently they have been able to send quotes via text which is very helpful.They do offer a curiosity car if needed.

Absolutely incompetent. Made me do an unnecessary, overpriced oil change (when i had one done a week prior) and claim that I need a new engine (with no diagnostic proof) Took a real mechanic less than an hour to figure out my problem. It was a leaking oil pressure switch. These guys are pathetic, and I made sure to tell everyone about their rip-off tactics. Im sure they can inflate a tire and check your brakes, otherwise I recommend staying the hell away from this shop.

A huge thank you to Chris Dunagan. When our vehicle experienced an engine misfiring on HWY 3 between Xmas and New Years it was difficult to find a shop that could help on short notice. When I phoned Ralph's, Chris said he'd take a look if we could get the vehicle to him. He promptly diagnosed the problem and was able to get us back on the road. Thank you for your expertise and excellent service! My family is grateful.
