Terrible. Gave me a random order that wasn’t mine and had nothing my family would use. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and “too busy” to help. I’ve been waiting several days to hear from someone. I’m out $270 worth of food to feed my family. Terrible company.

Worse than Christmas!! 6 out of 12 registers closed. Line up at least 8 per register! Store manager isn’t stepping up to the demand.
Follow up -- called the Customer Relations Centre per the request from RCSS. They gave me a case number and said that they would call back. And no connection was made. Disappointing. Line ups are STILL bad (slightly better as originally reported.)

This location now charging (rental fees?) for the use of their shopping carts? Yes, put a dollar in to release the cart. Then when returning it later, it keeps the dollar. And no, not a fluke....watched it happen to two other shoppers.

Your whole wheat bread & vegetarian weiners are good. The sink & counter in the ladies washroom could be cleaner. There is some nice staff working there & the hours are great. I do most of our grocery shopping at your store.

Worst shopping experience of my life. Little to no parking, bumpy parking lot. Metal bars to get in and out. Crowed aisles being stocked and hard to move around. A very rude, mean and aggressive worker named Bonnie in the self check tried to bully me. I will not be returning. Do not recommend you shop here unless you want your mental health affected negatively!

Oh Weston!
This place used to have amazing deals all over, all the time. Now we just feel like we're being put up against the wall for your pleasure.
The staff, as always, are fantastic and helpful.
Plenty of open tills which is a rare thing these days.
As for the company etiquette - it's all money and no care for the customers needs, which is reasonably priced essential foods. And that includes fruit and veg.
