If I could give a zero star I would. We recently took my daughter here to get her nails done. They came out absolutely horrible!! It looks as though they are already growing out as she didn't get close to the cuticle. There is also one nail that is only 3/4 covered, and they are chunky and mis shapped. I am not quite sure why my husband paid for the service. When I called back I was quickly and rudely told NO REFUNDS. Now it is going to cost me $130 more to get them taken off and put back on.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The pedicures aren't expensive, but the language barrier is an issue. Everyone who works with the public MUST speak English! My foot was over buffed and ripped the skin requiring 1st aid. I was telling the girl to be gentle and even pulling away, but she was clueless and kept grating my foot. Another time I asked for art on my toes and explained what I wanted. The guy said "ok", got the materials then came back to me. He was about to start, but I said to hold on, and first show me what he's going to draw. I knew he didn't understand my English, and just said "ok" anyway. He would have drawn something not even remotely what I asked for.
When I was paying he said I need my eyebrows done. Oh brother. I'm from the 80s and barely have any brows left! Lol Anyway...unprofessional approach.
Also....when I'm sitting in the pedicure chair I don't need the lady who's doing manicures to tell me that I need to get my nails done long. In my profession, the last thing that I need is long nails. Maybe ask once if I'd be interested, then stop asking when I reply, instead of arguing with me.
Is this experience worth saving a few dollars?

Horrible customer service! My daughters nails were shaped wrong and the design didn't look anything like the picture she showed them. There wasn't supposed to be an accent nail and one of the nails was a totally different colour polish! When I pointed out all the mistakes the nail tech just argued with me instead of fixing the nails.Service: Sculpted nails

Twice called made appointment for nails and showed up to find they over booked and couldn't fit me in. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I would give this spa a 0 if that was an option. My 80 year old father went there for a pedicure last week and had a horrendous experience. They BUTCHERED his heels. He got home to bleeding heels and within a day he was so badly infected he had to seek medical help and is now on antibiotics to get rid of the nasty infection. Do yourself a favour and steer very clear of this salon!

Got super lucky and caught the owner as she was closing. She did a fill for me anyways. Very sweet, patient, friendly, and obviously super accommodating. I’ll definitely go back again.

My first time getting my nails professionally done, usually I do them myself. I asked for a decently simple design with three fingers matte black and middle finger with flames and ring with a checkered design all supposed to be matte finish. I asked if they would be able to do it and they said not a problem. Mid way through when I got the chance to look at them I realized that they weren’t at all what I asked for which shocked me as they asked to have the reference picture on the table for them. So I said that I wasn’t happy with it and if we could make all the nails black with matte finish they seemed annoyed but did it. And then I realized that they had done gloss and not matte, when they finally did the matte top coat they didn’t do the entire nail. so 6 out of 10 fingers had gloss under the matte top coat. Two days later and those 6 fingers no longer have matte and 5 weren’t even cured properly and are now peeling off. 3 fingers were bleeding after I told them that they nicked them and it hurt, they blamed me for not taking care of them.Services: Nail extensions
