Amazing customer service and great deals. When you pick up your sim card just go, don't wait for the email btw.
Backstory:
So I called about transferring to rogers and since our household was already a Shaw customer we got a discount. I called and was told I could get my plan/sim all on the same day I called; so after getting of the phone with them I went in the mall Rogers booth to pick up the sim card and I realized I read the date closing wrong. The day after I went in and was told that I needed the account hold to sign before I could get the sim card. So the 3rd time I was there I got the sim successfully and Maryam assisted me and answered all of the questions, and went above and beyond with customer service. Thanks so much Maryam, you made my day. I would recommend Rogers, just make sure to watch out for the small things! 😀

20yr Telus client wishing to possibly switch to Rogers. Called the store today and spoke with a male with a thick accent. Inquired about any current incentives for people wishing to switch. You had one chance, one opportunity to convince me why it would be beneficial and you blew it in the first 30 seconds by 1) asking me what I do for a living and who do I work for. That's NONE of your business, Nor is it relevant to my question. You then proceeded to tell me it's in my best interest if I was a BCAA client and would I be interested in purchasing a membership? You have now lost any attempt of having me consider Rogers for even attempting to upsell me before even answering my initial question about incentives for Telus customers wishing to switch. How is making an additional purchase helping me. The questions I asked were simple. You sir are an epic fail and I will not be switching based on your abilities to listen to the customer. I hung up in less than 2mins. That's how affective you are at sales.

Customer service is noneexistance.
Took 3 hours to speak with a supervisor.
No restitution. All they care about money. Money grab.

Absolutely terrible service. I will be switching providers.
I go in to purchase a new phone, I state I want $0 down, they said okay and I paid off my remaining balance, they then tried to charge me $300!!!!
The man was very rude and I will be switching to a cheaper, better provider.

Rogers gave me a "free" Samsung tablet 5 years ago (that didn't even work). Just found out they've been charging my account $10.00 per month the WHOLE TIME. Unbelievable.

DO NOT USE ROGERS.The most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with. From demeaning pushy salepeople, to customer service reps who put my address in wrong FOUR TIMES, to my credit card magically having issues with their system and their system only, to the removal of the myRogers service for prepaid customers despite clearly stating in the confirmation email and website that you could register (I called to confirm, they don't LET you do that anymore. Rogers doesn't respect its own customers enough I guess), this company is super predatory.After I hung up the phone after fixing the fourth address change I have closed my account and deleted my card from the system. Their services are not good enough for the amount of trouble they put you through.In a day and age where all phone companies are basically identical in offerings and prices, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

1 person working! Speaking Punjabi with 4 other people just to ask me if I had only a question and I replied no that I would like to add a phone to my plan....he said he'll be more than an hour....an hour with your friends? I have had multiple phones hooked up here and never had it come close to an hour on a bad day....never will I come back to this place

I was given false information that ultimately screwed me over. I will be sending more information on my complaint directly to rogers. (I’ve already been on the phone for over an hour) The guy was very friendly in person and seemingly helpful, but I found out two days later from multiple different rogers representatives (including management) that the information and the directions given were not accurate, ultimately costing my around $1000 when it should have been less then $500. And I’m being told nothing can be done.If you are going to this kiosk double check the information, or better yet just go to Telus.
