We bought our couch from Room by Room last year. Great service and a high quality product, delivered promptly and with no issues. Chain stores do not care about their customer or stand behind their products, that’s the difference with an independent business like Room by Room. Places like this are getting harder to find! Definitely recommend for your next furniture or decor purchase, we’ll be back!
