I've been going regularly to the Chilliwack Safeway Pharmacy for the past 23 years. To sum it all up: Best caring pharmacy in Chilliwack with best caring staff and pharmacists, especially Mrs. Helen and Mrs. Tobi. Thank you for your care and service, thus far.

Went to the grand reopening and they said first 150 people will get a 25 dollar gift card. When we got to the front they said we were a couple and gave my wife a card and not me. It clearly said first 150,not couples. I got screwed out of my gift card!

Sorted through the beef tenderloin steaks looking for two nice even pieces. Got mine home and realized one of the steaks, the one partially covered by the label, was actually two small pieces, the tails of the loin. At $25.00 for the pack, I was more than disappointed. Deceitful.

Everyone is working so hard in there. I don't know what's right. But they do. And I am thankful for the assistance if necessary. I feel there is a disconnect from the clerk to the patient, I almost think their rundown to be awkward. Like I already know how this works. Please.
