Car wash that doesn't do wash at all. Bought a premium car wash for about 18 dollars and doesn't even wash dirts on my car. Pics uploaded that were taken right after the wash. I definitely had a better experience in Coquitlam.

I don't understand why the night staff are always in a mood. I mean why work over night if your gonna complain you gotta do your JOB at window service makes 0 sense. Always killing the vibe with a pissy attitude.

Horrible customer service. Speaking their language the whole time and not even acknowledging people standing in front of them. Pretty disrespectful!!! No hello, no thank you….and to top it off one of the clerks was sitting on the counter. Very unprofessional

Nav is a very inconsiderate teller! Lack of consideration & assistance at busy times.My MIL and I went to get status gas, and there was a big lineup so Nav said to me she had to keep my card, and then told me to go pump, which confused me because normally you need to pay before pumping at the majority of places.I offered to pay first which is what you should be able to normally do, and she refused me, I then went and paid and pumped and she was very dismissive and was laughing looking at her colleague when I asked her name.Shame on you Nav, & Shell for not making the service as a normally great gas station inconvenient and dismissive! I even read the “disputes between tellers and the gas pumps” rule thing, so clearly this happens a lot and Shell shows no interest in fixing customers problems. She could have offered to show me how to properly do this and failed to because she can’t handle working with big lineups.

I called a few weeks back & the attendant shared the price of gas over the phone. I called today to save myself a drive and the guy hung up on me. He said apparently they’re not allowed to share prices over the phone. This must be a new thing. He was a Punjabi speaking person with his accent but I was appalled that this is the service here. If you’re going to tell people one day the price and not the next then maybe put a sign somewhere so people know. Gas Buddy was showing the regular price higher than mid grade and premium which is why I called in the first place. Horrible customer service.

Worst palce when asking for help, tried to used the vacuum and when i put my momey in it wasnt working, went in side to get help and the guy said there was nothing they could do, i asked for my money back then and he said they cant do that. They just want free money.

Attendants are helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Can get busy during school day lunch hours (middle school and highschool down the road). Disposable clothes always available. Garbages never over flowing. I have used the car wash a few times, always wish car washes had a longer dry time. Easy enough to get in and out. Lots of people turn over the double yellow line on vedder, and can be an accident risk.
