Today around 7pm, I gave $50.55 cash to the indian staff for #91 on stall 7, he was chatting on his cell phone and gave me $58.55, then I returned the receipt to him and let him correct the number, yes, I didn't want to take the advantage, he corrected it without saying thanks. When I did the refill, there is no gas out, so I went back to him, he said I want the #87, I said no, clearly #91, then he increased his voice and threw his bad attitude to me, he might be annoyed by my interruption on his endless chatting, I said ok, I corrected you by saving $8 for your mistake, but you treated me like that, you were always on chatting with others by phone instead of paying attention to customers needs. I hope the owner of the gas station notice it!

Had an issue at the pump getting status gas, came in after fueling up to a young lady who was not having a good day, treated me with complete disrespect and uttered minor threats as I just walked away. I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time but it did happen to me.

For my Status card holders — The staff here clearly have no idea how to communicate basic procedures. If you have a status card, you're expected to hand it over along with a second piece of ID before you pump — but don’t expect them to tell you that. Instead, they’ll wait until after you’ve already filled up and then act like you’re the problem. It's not complicated, but apparently, it's too much for the cashiers to explain. Frustrating and honestly, kind of disrespectful.

***Status card holders***If you have a status card, you give that to the cashier as well as a second piece of ID, and then go to the pump and fill up first, and then come back in and pay. The cashiers here don't know how to communicate this important bit of information. Really annoying.

Had the displeasure of fueling up my truck at this Shell and the young woman at the till was so rude to multiple customers along myself.
I'll never go there again as her words were to find another station ti fuel up.
Plenty of other stations in Chilliwack/Sardis area.
Had the displeasure there Sunday night at 8:30pm, you've been warned.

Customer service is usually is okay. But a lot of the time the workers will be speaking another language between with each other while having full conversations and won't really acknowledge me and I've noticed they do that with other customers. While leaving my status card they also want to leave the credit card with them too which I don't like. I've also looked at my bank statements and have been double charged on transactions.
Also lots of time they spend on their cellphones while dealing with customers. I've been a customer at this shell for 12 years and I've seen it go sadly downhill

I come to this gas station regularly to fill up before going to Kelowna, if the staff are not First Nations I have to remind them almost every single time that status tax exemption applies to goods also, not just gas. The unequal application of the law leads me to believe they are engaging in fraud - also - the gas station is open 24 hours - and while obviously not a requirement it’s strange business practice to refuse people 15 min before 6 from using the washroom and getting snacks. I was just about to fill up my truck but I guess not.

One person says they have a product and the 3 others say they don't. I was in there 6 days ago and they had a whole tray of the item. May I say liars.

Coworkers are very rude and get Mad And Defensive very very Quickly. First time here was given False information about the Gas for Indigenous Stat. And repeated what was said to me. Got angry and said that's not what I said. And hate the Idea of having to give my Bank Card with them. My first time and my Last time.
