It seems almost impossible to get the Pharmacy to answer their phone. Tried quite a few times over 1.5hrs at night and couldn't get an answer. Tried another dept and they said I wasn't the only one. She tried to put me through and the call wasn't picked up after being on hold for 15min. Something needs to be fixed there. Maybe the owner will read this. Doubtful though. Not the first time I've run into this at this store. It's unfortunate that Shopper's Corporate doesn't step in when stores like this perform so poorly. It reflects badly on the Shopper's name and forces clients to look elsewhere thereby costing them revenue.

The pharmacy told sent me a text saying my prescription was READY FOR PICKUP and when I showed up they told me it wouldn't be ready until 7:30 because a pharmacist needed to check it first. If the prescription isn't actually ready for pickup don't send a notification saying it is to your clients. I'll be taking my business back to the shoppers on Promontory, it's more out of my way but at least the services there are reliable.

This pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. The hospital emergency department faxed them an urgent prescription for my 9 month old baby this morning. Knowing that they are typically very slow, I called them immediately after to make sure they got the prescription and make sure they knew that I needed it asap. I spent about 45 minutes on hold before I gave up and called shoppers customer service, who had to physically walk over there and tell them to answer the phone. They told me that the soonest they could have it done by is 5pm. I got a call at 3pm, they told me that the medication was unavailable and that they would fax the hospital to ask for a different prescription. At 5pm I called to ensure they got a response from the hospital, but I could not get through. I spent an hour calling the pharmacy and customer service and could not get them to speak to me. My husband finally went down there and was told that no one knew anything about the fax that was supposed to have gone out or the new medication. I then called the hospital who confirmed the fax was sent out and they would send it again. I then went to the pharmacy around 7pm with my baby who was screaming in pain. I was told that they have a minimum processing time of 4 hours and they "just received the prescription" so it wouldn't be done today. I explained to her that my 9 month old tiny little baby was born with only one kidney, he has a UTI which can quickly become very serious if the infection isn't treated right away. I had been waiting all day to get his prescription and I could not wait until tomorrow. They told me that its not happening, gave me the prescription and told me to go somewhere else.At 7pm on a Sunday I had very limited options on getting my prescription filled. I called Walmart pharmacy absolutely furious, in tears, and terrified that I wasn't going to be able to fill my baby's prescription. The pharmacist at Walmart picked up the phone right away and was so helpful. He didn't have my son's prescription available but ended up talking to the doctor at the hospital to find a medication that he could fill tonight. Minutes later he had the prescription ready.Don't go to Shoppers. Go to Walmart.

I REFUSE to use the pharmacy in this building. I have never experienced a place with SO much dysfunction, unorganization, and disrespectful attitude to all their clients. I stopped using them after they "lost" my prescription several times.. I have since switched but some of my family still *unfortunately* use them and after over a DOZEN times of them "losing" prescriptions I now even refuse to pick up their prescriptions for them. They will stare at you while you stand at the pick up counter for 15+ minutes, but never acknowledge your existence until you finally have to beg for someone to come over. This pharmacy needs a complete overhaul. Everytime I am in the store (the rest of the store is great!!) I constantly overhear people complain and get so frustrated because no one knows where anything is! Go across the street to the pharmacy in Edwards Crossing or literally ANYWHERE else!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU WANT CONSTANT DISAPPOINTMENT AND ANGER! I would give it -100 stars if I could!!

Place has gone completely downhill ever since the management changed. the little blonde girl who stinks of skunk/pot you have running the cosmetics area is the downfall of this establishment and why ill never step my foot into another shoppers. i am disgusted by the sort of things spoken about by her Infront of myself and as a customer i shouldn't know personal infringing details about employees! so unprofessional

This review is specific to the Pharmacy - They never answer the phone. They put you on hold without even talking to you and then never pick up. They also don't call to let you know if there is a problem with your prescription. They just wait for you to show up in person so you make the trip for nothing. Then they tell you to call back and check the next day but then don't answer the phone. The staff aren't rude...they just aren't overly helpful either.

This review is only for the nice lady who was working at the self check out today (jul 13). I was grabbing some crackers that were on their final day of sale, but they were ringing through at full price. She quickly fixed it for me, no stress at all.I have to note it was really weird how all the senior lady customers were standing infront of self check outs and refusing to scan their own items, but the nice lady worki g the self check outs helped them all with a smile on their face. Old lady customers: dont clog up the self check out booths if you arent going to scan your junk yourself! You look so lazy, entitled, and inconsiderate of every other customer and employee!

The store is always clean, organized and the isles are always free of clutter. Prices are quite decent and competitive. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They're open till midnight which is great for a late-night shop.

Went to the pharmacy and a very rude women interrupted me and treated me badly. I was hoping to get refills on my daily meds and she dismissed me and said I had to come back in a few weeks despite being near the end of my meds. (Less than a months worth) I feel the pharmacy shouldn't be so rude to customers. There was a better way to say what she needed to without the attitude.

Ok so worst experience of my life today . I feel so sad even writing this . Went to this shoppers last week as I needed a makeup product . I was helped by a wonderful ( I thought) woman called Iliana . Unfortunately the product didn’t sit right with me and I had to return it . Immediately I saw familiar face of Iliana and I told her how the product didn’t fit my skin. She took the bottle and said we could return it . When I was trying to get my card ready she very sarcastically told her colleague o she bought this and is returning it . As if saying we knew she was gonna come back and return . So very rude . I felt so disrespected as a human and customer . Was it because I am an India? Was it a racial attack I don’t know but I am disappointed beyond belief . Sorry for long review but I had to warn other people.

I try not to come here, but whenever I do find myself in this store its always a task to find things and also very difficult to find someone to help you. I end up waiting...and waiting for someone to help me find things and/or purchase them. Its just common sense, this store needs more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff to drive sales. And unfortunately, the pharmacy staff seems to not care so much or perhaps are so engulfed in their own problems to offer an assist. In any case, they can and should do better to serve our community with more integrity.

Store staffs are very nice and friendly, but the pharmacy staffs are the complete opposite. They alternate my prescription without my prior consent. You could be waiting at their window for 30 minutes and no one will give you any attention. Do yourself a benefit and just go ti a different shoppers.

What is the point of them (pharmacy)having a phone, For the last 3 days I have been calling,later in the evening and no answer , now this morning, I called someone answered but was put on hold before I could even say hello, it's now 15 min being on hold. Not very good customer service at all. Soon time to go elsewhere negative 10 stars if I could ?????

This pharmacy is a joke. They lose prescriptions, they don't prioritize, you can stand at the counter for 10 minutes and look straight at them and they won't do anything to serve you. Do yourself a favor and go to Valley pharmacy It's across the street and family owned and great service.
