Not a store I ordinarily visit, but they do offer a fun selection of specialty items, most of them probably unavailable elsewhere in Chilliwack. I was there today to purchase a gift. The associate who assisted me was very kind, polite and attentive, earning 5 stars for excellent customer service.

Used to shop there all the time, bought the Bell and Howell Tri burst and solar bionic floodlights and paid for the 3 year warranty on both. When they both died, within a year I was informed that they would not be able to replace them as they could not get anymore and was offered a store credit. Seems strange as you can get the exact same product at Canadian Tire, Home Depot or on Amazon. Now I’m stuck with a store credit for nothing else that I want. Not impressed at all and they have lost a customer. Beware. At least at Canadian Tire I will earn my points and they have a great return policy

Sad to have to give it 1 star. Disgusting service! They Used To give Proper exchanges. I have been put through 27 months of extreme hell and ultimate pain. I bought a couple of items and didn't do anything with them. They just sat on a desktop. The 2 items were Never used. I also had both receipts. I was going to exchange them for an item that I didn't want to pay as much for but they now have a Horrible VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE policy and would rather that I NEVER shop there EVER AGAIN. I would advise others Not to shop there either. Not much need to save receipts either. It used to be a favorite store of mine. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Amazing service,My son (4 years old) has been earning allowance and learning to handle his own miney. He chose to buy a spiderman toy from the abby location. The toy was broken in the packaging. He was devastated!When we went to exchange the product we had no receipt or proof of purchase.The manager there stated this was not a problem and he happily exchanged the toy for the same one, absolutely making my sons day!Thank you.
