I do not understand their NON REFUNDABLE policy. If you purchase telus sim instead of koodo by mistake and visit their store next day to return sim and get correct one. This store never co-operate. Sim was not used at all and requested to return and they refused. Then we got sim from another store for free. Bad experience with this location. ?

Unprofessional customer service
Visit this store for sim,they charged me for 20$
But its dosnt work because i need kudoo sim. I get kudoo sim free from bestbuy.
After two days i visit again for return. But they refused to return. I totally disappointed from their behaviour.Im going to change all my telus services to other provider.

I was charged for the taxes on the phones I got as an upgrade and was told the government wants their money right away so taxes have to be paid upfront. I spoke with a telus rep on the phone after paying this fee and they informed me that is not something telus does. I then asked about a pc device support fee I was charged for each device I had to pay as well and am told that the sku and the product name doesn't exist but they can't help me because they cannot see any information. Absolutely terrible being a telus customer a feeling like I got taken advantage of paying $380 to upgrade my phones with next to zero explication from telus or the store I went into.

I had a phenomenal experience at this location. Jesse was incredible with helping us make the right choice for our cell phones. We came in an hour before closing and Jesse still took his time dealing with us explaining the different options and what worked best for our us. He was very patient and knowledgeable.
Jesse assisted us in setting up our phones and made the experience stress free and easy. Honestly great service.

Absolutely abhorrent services. Tried to explain to TELUS that there was 2 seperate families living in the household. The basement suite needed services while the main house already had services.
Unfortunately the outsourced workers didn't and/or Couldn't understand that we NEEDED seperate services, but they kept saying that "its all set up there" and wouldn't listen that we needed seperate services.
The outsourced workers then shut off my landlords services, of which my landlord called and TELUS CLAIMED that they canceled their services back in april. So now they were lying to both me and my landlord.
Trying to contact them to get a physical technician down to setup the seperate services was impossible because they the outsourced Telus workers treated us like liars saying everything looked good despite them continuously disconnecting my landlords servcies to say mine was, when a technician didnt even come down to set it up.
This was all after a nicer worker gave me a deal after I called them to move services which was no problem at all, but go figure. Now they went ahead and got rid of my associated email woth TELUS which I can only assume got rid of the deal I was given by the Nicer worker, Conveniently after the supposed rise in service prices as well so some real outsourced tactics here. Glad I have emails of transactions and the deal proposition, along with pictures of the hours long wait time, specially after they picked up on another phone, leaving my main phone on call.
Local store or not Local, its all Telus.

I cannot thank the team at Clearwest enough. From how responsive they were over the phone before we were even customers to the service they provided once we were in store, they really came through for us. Special shoutout to Jarrod and his manager (I did not catch her name, but she was also amazing). They were personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will definitely return to the team at Clearwest should I need anything from Telus, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Store was empty so that helped. I showed up just at the right time. Daniel was very knowledgeable and had me fixed up in no time. Price was way better than anything I expected.
