I don’t even want to give one star super disappointed. Went to return shoes that I bought online and couldn’t do it even though I had the order number or could match the credit card. I needed an email that said thank you for your purchase. 🙄 what a waste of time . This company should get new policy’s on returns

Firstly they charged 20$ extra for the heels that i bought, when i noticed and showed to them they have displayed on 30% discount she didn’t even apologize and thankful, finally she refunded the balance than next i went to return for some reason she refused and said those are on final sale we informed you, in actual nobody informed me how should i know on the back side oft the receipt its written returns are valid for 60days, very disappointed.

Just shopped here for the first time the other day. I was able to find a pair of saucony runners for $100, which was a good price compared to other stores I shopped at. My reason for reviewing today is because a worker there named Kelly went above and beyond to help me out. I am on income assistance and just starting out fresh, and she made sure I left with proper footwear for my feet, and for my budget.

Deceptive Pricing on sale items!!
Be careful about what you think you will pay at the till especially if they have items discounted. They advertise their regular price in bold big numbers on the shoe info cards on the shelf, but have a way smaller "competitors price" printed below it. The shoes we were going to buy were $99.00 and 60% off. Upon going to the checkout they were suddenly $67.00 tax in!!! We were expecting to pay around $45.00 tax in for the shoes considering the sale, but upon asking the cashier what was going on, it seems that the discount is applied to the "competitors price" of $120.00 that was in small print!!! What a scam. My wife paid for the shoes before I figured out what was going on and then we promptly returned them on the spot. I'm sure they pull this scam on a lot of people who just roll with it cause they feel silly at the register or don't realize the scam. Not me, I'm Dutch! I don't get scammed. . . haha

The return policy is horrible. Spent $100 on shoes that pinch my feet .Went to Arden’s and got better ones for $13Don’t waste your money go somewhere elseThe staff wasn’t help full either just gave me vague answers

Horrible customer service at this location. Store Manager, Donna and the Assistant Manager are very rude and unwilling to help. Assistant Manager even stated she has never used the shoe measure and is unable to assist to measure my sons foot.

I’ve been a loyal customer of the Shoe Company for my work boots, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I recently purchased a pair of $120 shoes for my work. Due to a stroke I had several years ago, I’m required to wear an orthotic brace that changes my right foot shoe size from a 10 to an 11.After purchasing the size 11 shoes and wearing them for only 10 minutes inside the mall, I realized they didn’t fit properly and decided to exchange them for a smaller size. I approached the cashier, who, after inspecting the shoes and finding no marks on them, initially approved the exchange, reassuring me to find the right size.However, my experience took a frustrating turn when I sought assistance from another employee. Instead of helping me find the appropriate size, she denied the exchange and even accused me of lying, insinuating that I had taken the shoes outside the mall. This incident left me feeling unfairly treated and unappreciated as a customer. It’s disheartening to encounter such inconsistency in customer service at the Shoe Company. Now I'm forced to tape my shoe on with electrical take to keep it from falling off. I’ll never shop there again. They have plenty of competitors.

Customer service is the PITS in here.Dear employees,eye contact and small talk go a LONG way. Some of us are happy about our 200+ shoe purchases, y’all could at least try and smile or say hi to my little kids.Won’t be back.
