“One of my husband’s spectacle arms broke off early on in our holiday in Canada. 2 places recommended this store.5 members of staff and a customer asked if they could help - impressive. But Michael was the amazing star. He came up with 3 increasingly good plans to splint the spectacle arm, and finally produced 2 perfect little metal splints which he’d made “out the back”.. He didn’t want any payment for his ideas or item.My husband is now wearing his spectacles with near invisible glued splinted arm!Thank you very much, Michael, for rescuing our holiday.”
