Phenomenal service and quality parts. A courier lost the part that was supposed to come to us. The super friendly lady on the phone hunted it down and found it for us ASAP. Went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.

I picked up a bouncing rock or piece of debris on the highway just before Mill Bay, and Chapman Motors in Cobble Hill completely rescued me. Truly went above and beyond for someone without a Volvo to fix. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and reported my car unsafe to drive, and helped me initiate an ICBC claim. All of this on a Friday afternoon. Unbelievable kindness is what I experienced at Chapman, many gratitudes!

Great experience at Chapman Motors. Very reasonable price on a specific part I needed. Friendly customer service and the staff were very accommodating. Would definitely come back here.

These guys Bobby and Mark or Paul the guy at the desk I believe. Are asking way over list price for new OEM part from dealer ( for their used parts ). The reason they gave is that’s what they charge Icbc for parts. He started to insult me when I made this point to him. Shop around for fair price cheers.
Waste of my time.

Got a used battery for my golf here. It started my car better than my Walmart everstart battery did even from new, at 1/4 the price.
Both the lady at the front desk and the mechanic were friendly and ran the battery on their tester to show it was in good shape, which was super cool of them to do. I will 100% be back when i need european spec parts again.

On time and under budget for some major service work. Great deal on a handful of used parts on top of it. I had Bobby helping me in the parts yard, he knows his stuff.

Terrible service, called ahead to go view some 850's. Drove all the way to Mill Bay and was told I couldn't go look at them without being escorted around. Was told to wait 20 or so minutes and "maybe" a fellow coworker would come back and then I'd be able to go look at the vehicles. No guarantee of this happeningNo faith or trust in the customer. Unfortunately not many Volvo parts places around so hard to avoid this place but be aware of the rude disrespectful serviceComplete waste of time and gas

As a new Volvo owner, I had no idea what to expect. I knew I wanted to make sure I took care of it. I was blown away by the service and attention to detail when I brought it in for a service and inspection. we noticed that the car didn't come with a spare so I called up to Paul and he was able to track one down for me in no time! Thank you Paul for going above and beyond on such a small and simple thing.

Unfortunately we have been rather good customers lately, not their fault! Their service has been excellent. It was obvious that there were sympathetic with our son when the cheaper parts turned out to be working just fine and the hardest to replace is now the most likely culprit as to why he has no heat. We had heard from some Volvo owners that Dancia was the place to go and to avoid Chapman, maybe that was true once, it certainly is not right now.
