About Cherry Point Beach
Cherry Point beach has a great view and walk during low tide. The place has a beautiful spot and great views of Salt Spring and the Saanich Peninsula, and on a clear day you can see Mt Baker. Dogs love running around and there are lots of space for off leash time, owners keep small dogs close because otters, eagles and sharp rocks are there. The lot is not very large but there are awesome quality doggy poo bags provided at the parking lot. Be aware of beached wildlife, be wary of neighbourhood dogs that have caused problems, and be responsible and respectful.
