Colwood Rexall went above & beyond to assist me with my prescription Friday night. Costco couldn't fill the order nor did they tell me until I inquired. Thankfully Rexall contacted Costco, got my prescription & filled it the next day. What service! Big thanks to Rexall; you have my business now. Your text service is great too!

Absolutely abysmal pharmacy be prepared to wait days or weeks for your meds EVERY SINGLE TIME no matter the time of day, week or year. You'll be lucky if they will ever be able to fill you prescription within 84 hours.
Oh and be prepared FOR THE PHARMACISTS TO LIE AND GASLIGHT YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOBS

UNFAIR PRACTISE AND BIASED REXALL!!I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch, which I believe was rooted in bias and unfair practices. I attempted to purchase a fragrance with a markdown coupon. However, the manager declined to honor it, citing a pricing error they hadn't yet corrected. When I pointed out their oversight and suggested they adjust the coupon's value, the manager's response was dismissive and curt. What's more, I was on the line when that a similar oversight occurred with another customer just days earlier. In that instance, the store apologized and honored the discount. The only apparent difference between that customer and me is my accent, leading me to believe their biased ness.This incident echoes stories I've heard about Rexall's differential treatment towards immigrant students. It's deeply disheartening to face such bias, especially when many of us students contribute significantly to the economy and often work for minimum wage. The recent lifting of the 20-hour work cap during COVID-19 further highlights the resilience and value of immigrant workers.I strongly urge Rexall's head office to investigate this matter. They can reference the first canceled fragrance transaction on Friday and compare it with similar transactions in recent days for clarity. I won't be patronizing this branch or Rexall in the future and would caution others, especially if they value fairness and equality.

It is unfortunate that I get the same meds auto-filled every month, but they are never ready when I am already out. The auto-fill service is not working very well.

Like many places customer service isn't what it used to be. I started to talk to the pharmacist about this and he cut me off and told me to go somewhere else. So I did.

I have never met even lazier pharmacists!A simple request to fill prescription pills for 4 days (12 pills) confused the pharmacist and he said that they need 40 minutes to do it!WHAT??? 40 minutes??? To manually count 12 pills?They stand and do nothing, chatting with each other and a simple operation - "count 12 pills" takes them 40 minutes?I dream of the day when these lazy people will be replaced by one vending machine that will dispense, like ATM, pills instantly!And lazy pharmacists will be able to start a new career at McDonald's!

Had the worst experience. Got prescription sent here by the doctor as it is close to our house. Was given a 3 hour pick up time. After 3 hours got a call from pharmacist that he has canceled the prescription because he knows more than the doctor and thinks the medicine is not suitable for my child. My child was left without much needed medicine and I had to get another appointment and a new prescription and got the same medicine from somewhere else. My child had to suffer for 3 days because of this ' DR.Pharmacist'. Would not recommend to anyone.

Daniel the pharmacist is the absolute kindest! I called in a state of panic and he showed nothing but compassion. I would recommend this pharmacy and him in particular to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much Daniel.
