I’m currently a struggling student with bad credit. I went to attempt to open a bank account with this credit union, i informed them my credit was bad and they still ran a credit check further lowering my credit score. If your struggling with bad credit DO NOT GO HERE TO OPEN A BANK

I am disabled - physically and with some brain damage on top of that and my husband had always handled our finances and when he got very ill and died last year I was lost - I had no idea how to do any of it. They took such good care of me - helping me to learn and understand and helping me to laugh at my glitches instead of feeling embarrassed. I've always like Credit Unions and this one on Comox Ave is a real gem. Every person there gets a gold star from me. Thank you all.
