Been here about 4 times, I bought a Slurpee 2 of them as the other 2 the machines were not working right (which happens i do not blame them) What keeps me going here is I have won 4 of 4 times on my scratch and win tickets here, never win on lotto max or 6/49 but I always break even or come out ahead otherwise. The staff are always friendly and smiling if in the area I will always go in, and I hope next trip will be win number 5.

Ordered a pizza for pickup for my lunch break. Mariya never put it in the oven. When i got there and was told they forget it was so frustrating. I recommend everyone to not order from here. This establishment is lazy.

Washroom is always out of order as he said its 9:20am in the morning that guy just came out from the washroom using his phone. You guys were keep saying that because you don’t want to clean washroom.

One of the store’ cashier is very rude and her behaviour was very impolite. It seems she doesn’t know she is working in Canada where is famous for its politeness and respectful people.

I go here constantly, rarely run into anything weird, usually pretty good service, albeit not always the most clean (it's 7/11 lol). But today!?!... I got 3 taquitos that were in the wrong spot, they took them back and put the one I had not bit or ripped, back onto the belt for someone else to purchase 💀 I'm getting it made fresh from now on yikes! 🤢

My wife went to this 711 on Friday March 14th in the morning to buy a lottery ticket, she saw the lady closer to the lottery computer so my wife approached to her but the lady moved to the other computer and said to my wife in a very rude manner, the counter is over here, I believe she should say I can help you hereby.

Worst customer service experience. I went to the store 5minutes before. This guy looks at me like I was here to rob something. This happened twice with me.
