Horrible customer service. Employees behave in a hostile and accusatory manner, treating customers as suspects simply for attempting to shop. An employee demanded to physically inspect the credit card I was using, an experience I have never had in over 30 years. This conduct was humiliating, discriminatory in nature, and had a lasting negative impact on my day.
If I detect any unauthorized transactions on my credit card, this store will be the first place investigated, and law enforcement will be involved. Their return policy is equally problematic; employees appear willing to fabricate false claims to avoid honoring it. I personally witnessed another employee engaging in the same behavior with a different customer during my visit, suggesting this is not an isolated incident.
I will not return and strongly caution others against shopping here.

I visited the Aldo store on September 10 and bought a pair of shoes.
By Saturday, I noticed that the sole was defective. Today, I went back to the store to report the issue, but the staff not only refused to acknowledge the defect, they also treated me disrespectfully and accused me of damaging the shoes myself.
This was an extremely disappointing experience. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I no longer plan to shop at this store. I would also caution others considering shopping here, as customer service was very poor

Has just visited 4 other shoe shops when I remembered to check Aldo. They were so friendly and just went a little extra on making the experience great. Finally left with a great pair of shoes. Thanks!

I have to express the best customer experience I have had with in a long time. Vishal at Aldo shoes in Coquitlam Centre is a gem! I walked in the store in my work uniform ,which consists of a pair of worn out jeans, old runner and a golf shirt, so nothing special l. He greeted all customers right away with a genuine smile every time . Vishal made you feel like a star and treated everyone equally the same. Thank you Vishal for being such a beautiful soul that brightens people’s day! Keep being shinning!!!!

Unacceptable. My client got a pair of shoes from the store dt and received one in her size and the other FOUR sizes bigger. How does something like this even happen? It's not just inconvenient—it’s careless. And when she called this particular store, they said they wouldn't exchange the wrong shoe because it has to be done at the original store. A different Aldo store was more than happy to do it, and when we asked them why they could do it while the other store wouldn't, they said "any Aldo store could do it, they just didn't want to". HORRIBLE.
