Wow! Didn't know that stores still operated like this. Bought a hand bag, and a piece of costume jewelry in Richmond. Returned a leather treatment, as we don't need it, but to the Coquitlam store. They said we had to go back to Richmond! I asked for the staff person's name, as I wasn't happy, and wanted to know who said that. She would not give a name. I asked for the manager. She said the manager wasn't there. I asked for whoever was in charge, and she said she was the only one there. I pointed out that if I bought something that the receipt would have her name. She finally offered to call her manager, and a few minutes later gave a refund. Didn't know you still have to fight with the staff for a refund when the receipt has all the information about it a refund on every sale.So, just disappointed - but wiser.

Really need to re-train their staff at this location. The Cashier lady had a very bad altitude and so rude!

Small store but excellent customer service. Jazz was extremely helpful and picked right shoes for my foot. I suffered an injury and had struggled with formal shoes since. He helped pick a light weight and comfortable set.

Aldo is definitely not what it used to be. Their quality control has gone down significantly because after shopping here for dress shoes last week I have found almost all of the shoes I tried on had some sort of defect. Almost all the shoes had scuff marks, deep scratches, or didn’t fit true to size. Another female customer next to me complained how the heels were not levelled between the two shoes while she was trying them on. The customer representative at this location wasn’t helpful and didn’t try to offer any assistance. Pretty disappointed.

Although I am usually satisfied with Aldo Products, I found the store manager here not helpful at ALL! I simply wanted to return a product and I was OK with the store credit and she was like NO! You have to buy something RIGHT NOW and that's gonna be final sale. Hey dude be gentle don't ruin the brands name.

Thank you for wasting my time. I found a nice pair of shoes for an upcoming party. Surprise, no size 11 in stock or at any other Aldo store. The sales person was friendly and offered to order online for me and have shipped right to my door. when asked how long it will take (because I need them for a party in 2 weeks) he said 3-5 business days. My party has come and gone, no shoes have arrived yet. No option to cancel the online order. I have to wait until it shows up, take it back to the mall, and apparently wait another 10-12 business days for a refund. with so much online shopping going on Aldo you need to step up your game. Or keep better stock in store.

Hey guysI want to explain you the most terrible shopping experience I've ever had. I bought a pair of shoes from this store and after only 1 hour using them, it's started to pinching back of my legs and sanding my skin. After couple of hours my legs started to bleeding.a day after I went to store again and explained to them what happened and the recommended me some orange pads which they have a ton of them to stick it in to my black shoes to avoid any contact between so i asked them to return but sales person asked for box and receipt but I've already throw them out, why? Because I heard lot about their quality and I trusted them. I would never ever shop from this store and Aldo any more.

Rudest sales people i have ever met. All of them looked unhappy working for the company, everyone seemed to be rolling their eyes when customer asks questions. I know they are young but they should atleast know what they signed up for.

Good customer service, found a nice pair od sandals, but cannot find the size we need, the sales staff ordered on line for us to be shipped to our home. Excellent service and good attitude.

Bought my shoes from here .very friendly and helpful staff especially Joline who helped me out ,even though the store was supper busy she managed to help me out and answer all my questions . Really happy with my shoes and the service I got .

I wanted to share my experience of how poor Aldo's customer care is performing during Covid- I ordered online a couple of days ago to pickup from store so i can try and return if i don't like my order. I went to the store today, and surprisingly the only store in the mall that's closed on MONDAYS is Aldo. other days they are 11-6. The manager and the staff were working there, so i knocked the door to ask for help because Mondays are my only day offs , and other days by the time i get off the store would close. They all saw me knocking, LOOKED AWAY and continued their work. I called the customer service line, and asked to ship it to my home instead. They refused doing that and blamed me for not choosing the option "ship to home" - So now i have find a friend who can go pick up my order. This was beyond disappointing. The amount of ignorance and not caring is unbelievable...

Terrible social distancing and no adherence to the 3 person limit in the store. No masks required for customers. The salesperson was pleasant, but customer limits need to be enforced! Such a tiny store, I was very uncomfortable with 6 customers in there plus the salesperson.
