if I could I wouldn’t even give them this 1 Star.Regarding Defective Sofa Purchase from Ashley a couple months agoI am writing to express my utmost concern and frustration regarding the recent purchase of a sofa from Ashley Furniture. Despite multiple complaints about technical issues with the sofa, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution from your company.Not only has the sofa proven to be defective, but the promised technician appointment to address the issue was abruptly canceled without explanation or rescheduling. This lack of follow-through on Ashley's part is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.It is unacceptable that Ashley Furniture has sold us a broken sofa bed and is now unwilling to take responsibility for replacing it. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, and I expect prompt action to rectify it.I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a resolution that meets the standards of quality and service expected from a reputable company like Ashley Furniture. Failure to do so will compel me to escalate this issue further.I look forward to your immediate attention and a swift resolution to this matter.

Beware! This brand believes in selling junk furniture at a premium price.Please do some research and go through the genuine feedback from existing customers about this brand before making any purchase and save yourself of the harassment which will accompany with the purchase.Their warranty, extended warranty and price match policies are drafted in a way to ensure no warranty or price match claims get covered.All of their furniture looks aesthetically great but built using the lowest quality raw material. It will start falling apart within 1 month of your use and all of the common concerns you will get are not covered under warranty.I purchased a sectional from this location 9 months ago.As soon as the furniture was delivered both sections of the sectional furniture were crooked and did not align together. I was told that it is acceptable for the furniture to be crooked according to company policy. I had to waste 3 hours arguing with 5 different individuals on their support line before they agreed to replace the sectional and i was warned that if the furniture shows up crooked the 2nd time as well they won't be able to help me any further.Within 9 months of use, the sectional i purchased squeaks as soon as someone sits on it. Seat cushions have sagged leaving the seats uncomfortable and unsupportive. None of the concerns above are covered under their warranty.Within 10 days of the purchase, the price of the item purchased was reduced by 15%.I tried calling the store phone number and their line is programmed in a way that all of the calls are answered by the customer support and customer support is not authorised to deal with such situations but they do promise a call back from someone in authority/store manager which you won't ever receive.I tried reaching out to the sales staff in person at the store who helped me with my purchase (Greg Skeine) and he promised me to call me back within couple of hours. Never heard back from him ever again. Visited the store for the 3rd time regarding the same and when i requested to meet the store manager, i was insulted and informed that he is on vacation and told to follow up on their support line regarding my concerns.In short - This brand's customer service is zero, when it comes to selling they are very active, their furniture shows up crooked and falls apart within couple of months of use and you automatically become their biggest enemy as soon you try to get a warranty claim.

11I am more than satisfied with the salesperson Greg, and the coordinator Jenny including the delivery guys who are excellent in customer focus.
I will still be a loyal costumer for Ashley.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever in the history of companies, I have my own company and have dealt with hundreds of vendors over the last 35 years and this is the worst experience ever. Their customer service is all AI based and even if you talk to a human all they want you to do is restart the AI process again. I have a sofabed with 2 broken hinges that I have sent photos of twice that they claim they cant tell that they are broken. When I get the email response from them, the link they send back to show me the photos they reviewed gives me a 404 error message so I cant see them. I paid $2000 for this pullout and it didnt even last 6 months and broke after under 6 uses. NEVER go to Ashley unless you want to throw your money away

So disappointed with my purchase from Ashley! I bought a coffee table in 2021 and spent $500 after endlessly searching for the best piece that would match my new home. I was SO excited when I finally found this beautiful oversized table. I waited almost 2 months for delivery.. Shortly after we bought it the paint started to come off. And now just TWO short years later our table is junk!! So much so I’ve been looking on Facebook marketplace for something to replace it because it is downright embarrassing. The ONLY thing I use to clean our table is a wet cloth, we never put drinks on our table without a coaster etc. we work hard and take great care with our things that we spend our hard earned money on! I feel scammed. $500 might not be a lot to some but it’s a lot to us. I am so so so disappointed.

An excellent experience all around. The showroom is beautiful, the staff are friendly and welcoming and know their stuff. I worked with Chad. He introduced himself as a sleep expert, had answers to every question I could think of and helped me decide on a great setup for myself. I shopped around a bit but came back: Ashley HomeStore stood out above the rest and I'm super excited about my purchase.

Greg was great to deal with! Best furniture store seen so far. Very reasonable rates. Amazing customer service. Really surprised to see the options on the furniture they have. Lots of variety available. Will definitely be back.I would 100% recommend to everyone this place.

Tim was very helpful and was not pushy. He answered all our questions politely and sincerely. The store manager was very accommodating and very professional. I am glad I went looking today for furniture at Ashley’s.

Sofa is super nice! Service has improvement areas though, it was difficult to communicate with store representative. As we bought product protection package they needed to provide some cleaning products that were out of stock the day of the purchase; I asked several times if they could send the products along with delivery and representative just replied that I needed to go back to the store to get them, also, experience was not good as she told us afterwards many requirements for installation that were not shared on purchase date. In spite of this, installation went out smoothly (we had no clue how this was going to be as our questions were not responded); tracking service is good and delivery was ahead of time.

Ashley has been our most favourite home store, ever since we moved to Canada. AJ has been assisting us with the purchases last 2 times. He is friendly and very patient to listen to our needs. He gave us detailed pricing and offers available in store. I will definitely recommend Ashley for home furniture. They are priced well and great quality and customer service!
