I'm 89 yr-old woman, disabled from a stroke which left me partially paralyzed and with a speech problem. Ori, a young clerk in the store in Coquitlam Mall was very graceful. He helped me try on coats, treated me with respect. His attitude was exemplary.

Amazing company! Trevor went above and beyond to work out my problem and kept me updated along the way. First Ryan came out the day I called and worked to figure out the issue. Second Ryan came out today and worked for hours in the heat fixing my AC unit. Can't say enough about this company, their professionalism and work ethic.

I love this store and their items BUT today I go to buy a shoes and the moment I entered the store, a guy comes to me very rude and asked me what I needed? I didn’t understand what he said and I asked him sorry? He told me very rude if you need help let me know , I told him thank you I’m just browsing for now and start walking towards shoes , all of a sudden he showed up and checking me out like a shop lifter ?
He comes again and said what do you need? And 3 other people were there and they started laughing
God knows I will never go to that store again
I drove 30 min to go there to buy shoes and this?!!!

Great service and friendly staff. Quality merchandise, some of the best most trustworthy brands of active wear and gear are sold here. I love just taking 10 minutes to browse for new things before stopping to get what I came in for.

I called to know if they have a bear spray which someone told me yes. Then I went there to buy, they asked me some stupid questions and looks like my skin color and beard remind them a terrorist. Declined to sell. Very bad experience from this business. Today, I really felt racisism in Canada.

I seldom write reviews, but without exaggeration, I had the best customer service experience here among all outdoor apparel/gear stores. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about the different varieties of hiking boots available, speaking from experience. He was patient in explaining each product to me, helping me choose the perfect pair of boots.
I was frustrated, as I had already tried Sportchek and MEC, but found it very difficult to navigate the selection and find someone who had personal experience owning several varieties of hiking boots. Fantastic job from Daniel, and will definitely be back : )

I gone to atmosphere at night time, one of the stuff is especially helpful when my family and I were choosing the hiking shoes. I believe his name is Daniel. Very patient and given care, makes a good leader. I found some discounts under some conditions, I didn’t understand it fully and the stuffs put a lot of patience in explaining. The shoe that I got was 198.98. But it needs to be 120 to be able to get a discount. They asked me to buy a 0.5 paper bag but not the product that are over 10 bucks to save money. Kind of them to have a customer’s mind.
