Really appreciate the help from Tiffany who processed all the claims paperwork for us and arranged the car rental. Thank you to the team for doing a great job on fixing our bumper, adding ppf and replaced our windshield. Also shout out to the staff who cleaned our car well, inside and out before we picked up our car. Highly recommend this place!

Ben was very transparent throughout my recent ICBC claim process, and his team does amazing work. Everyone there, from the front desk team to the techs, were very friendly and accommodating.
They recently fixed the entire passenger side of my Tesla Model S, and everything came out spot on. Booking was easy, and a courtesy car was given to me without hassle during my appointment.
I've been taking all my vehicles to Ben for many years now, and AutoMind Coquitlam has always delivered top notch work.

I recently had my car fixed at Automind for a door ding from a reckless driver. The dent and paint repair was flawless, completely invisible! The entire experience, from drop-off to pick-up, was smooth and hassle-free. The service was quick, and the staff was courteous and kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Terrible work. If you want your car written off go here. The rental they gave me was absolute trash. It was extremely disgusting, and filthy inside. It was definitely not ever taken care if and maintained. .I felt like it was going to fall apart on the highway. 0/10 don’t go here they are trash. ,

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient. If I ever have damage on my Tesla again, I’d seriously consider making the drive all the way from Victoria just to come back here. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Return customer but I was disappointed. There might be some management change and their customer care was quite shocking. Used to have older folks working there and its all young people now and not sure if they know how to provide customer care. Staff there named, Kenny was quite rude and made me quite uncomfortable. I hear from others that they are not the same good shop as used to be. Its sad to see the shop that I used to trust and repair all of my cars there going down. Location isnt the best as this area is known for break ins. Go to Kirmac bodyshop instead.
Update: clarifying with sarcasm is not way to do it for the customer but for a buddy.

Went there for my 2 months old cat for simple rock chips on windshield and front bumper repair, gave me back the car in 4 days.
Found flaw on other area of the bumper when they installing back and windshield’s glue residue on door handle.
Talked & sent email to their manager and no reply for 3 days after.
Not recommend to anyone there.
ICBC claim too , I will report to them also.

It was such a pleasure working with this auto shop! I needed to get the windshield of my Tesla fixed, and they had it done by the next day. They even charged my car, which was a thoughtful touch. Tiffany was fantastic friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at AutoMind Collision Coquitlam. If you're looking for an honest, transparent, and quality team, you will find that here.
Recently I had an incident that shattered my window. My friend recommended me to this shop as it was close and he had a good experience there. Admittedly I was a bit of an emotional wreck from the accident but the entire staff was very understanding and patient.
Glass had to be ordered, so they cleaned up as much loose glass as they could and covered the gap with plastic so I could still use my car while we waited. I have seen situations where the plastic covering did not stay put well and ended up needing to be taped down or replaced, but their application survived A LOT of highway driving AND a dreaded atmospheric river. It's appreciated when such a simple task is executed very well.
The glass came within a week (a surprise in itself), and I was booked in right away to drop off my car. I received a courtesy car that was clean, in great condition, and really fun to drive. In just another week the glass was cut and installed and my vehicle as good as new.
I expected great workmanship for the glass replacement, but the front desk's customer service is what will bring back my business. Ben, Tiffany, and Nathan were incredibly considerate, patient, and informative. They were quite busy when I went in, so it was impressive to see their excellent, personalized customer service for each individual (If you have ever worked customer service, you know how hard some customers can be). Any of my inquiries during the week were answered professionally and I felt very taken care of. I didn't feel like I was given the run-around, as I've experienced at other shops before.
It's rare to find a shop that listens to its customers and is transparent with what is and isn't possible. Sorry for the long review, but I'm just so grateful for this team for helping me navigate a really, really challenging situation from beginning to end!! Thank you!!

I have been a long time customer of AutoMind in Coquitlam for about 8 years. Ben has always been quick to get me an appointment and have my car back to me as soon as possible.
The staff here go out of their way to ensure the quality is top notch and up to my standards. I am a very picky guy and if there were anything not up to my liking, Ben and his team were extremely quick to fix it without any issues or any additional costs.

I made four trips to this shop for basic repairs, and each visit was worse than the last. My bumper came back with bubbling paint (they insisted it was just the plastic), then I discovered chipped paint on the fender screws and behind the fender—even though they claimed they never removed it. The new headlight was installed unevenly and emits a yellowish glow, and the horn they “replaced” now sounds terrible. Their workmanship is sloppy, and their excuses are endless. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy going back repeatedly for unfinished jobs.
At this point, I’ve given up going back and arguing with their manager………

Great service from AutoMind Collision Coquitlam. They got me in the same day I called, and ordered the part that same day. Friendly and helpful service and the car looks as good as new. Now I have to wash the car to make it as clean as my new mirror cap.
