I've been a loyal customer of Ayoub's for a considerable time. Today, upon receiving an email advertising a 20% discount on gift cards, I eagerly visited the store to make a purchase. Regrettably, the customer service representative seemed unaware of the promotion. After showing her the email, she initially agreed to honor it. However, moments later, while I was occupied with my shopping, she informed me that the offer was only valid on December 26th. Despite showing her the email's clear mention of the offer lasting until December 31st and attempting to explain, her response was rude and unprofessional. Her interruptions during my explanation made the interaction uncomfortable to the extent that I felt discouraged from continuing my shopping experience.Update: Following the manager's response to my review, I reached out personally. Amir was incredibly understanding and apologetic. Thank you, Amir :)

Relatively, the best nuts and dried fruit available in store and online. Selling online, however, the descriptions may not be clear. I ordered apricot and I’ve got Turkish Apricot which has different characteristics than the regular yellow apricot. They have to be more accurate in description and filling online orders. Also, they used to offer more products w no additive but now it’s hard to find few that don’t have sulfates. I prefer no additives.

My favourite place to get all sorts of nut goodies!Update:Price gouging alert!I've tracked their prices for 2 years and found they increase prices over 20% every few months. It's not aligned with inflation rates.

One stop and you will find wide range of Verity for dried fruits handmade chocolate or candy ? & seeds their cookies are wow. Top quality dry fruits in reasonable prices. Staff is always helping and welcoming. Provides free gift wrapping. Overall amazing experience with huge Verity of royal nuts must try cashew nut.

We'd ordered from here online before I ever visited in person. The products are awesome, but the store is like something from Diagon Alley. Sara, the resident dried goods wizard, passed us little samples out of rows of enormous pewter goblets until we settled on the saffron and lime nut mix. Much more fun than your usual bulk store.
