BC SPCA Tri-Cities is a clean location with lots of caring staff and volunteers. They have a friendly atmosphere and take the best care of all animals, mostly cats and small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, and rats. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and seem to really care about what they do, making the adoption process enjoyable. They are great at helping new owners, especially first-time cat owners, and even provide coupons for food. Rescue pets are the best, and this place is ideal for those looking to provide a loving, forever home. Volunteering or fostering are also great options.
