Came in on cyber Monday an was helped out by Arvin, super amazing service and tried helping me out to get a great deal, unfortunately I wasn't able to put my purchase through to my own fault but he was really great, tried to help me out in every way. Made the waiting in line worth it.

I don’t often post reviews but I feel an employee- Priyesh deserves some recognition for his service today. It’s a busy week being Black Friday and after waiting some time to get some gaming items and being ignored by other employees, he left the area he was stocking to help me, and even to order an item in they didn’t have in stock. He truly went above and beyond in customer service, so thank you so much!

Quite honestly one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had .Unorganized , Lack of communication amongst staff.Poor , poor customer service.Slow - despite NUMEROUS employees standing around texting on their phones.I will never be returning to this location after being left to stand around for half an hour, and going in helped.Truly disappointing and frustrating.

My recent visit to Best Buy Coquitlam left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. Despite purchasing a new iPhone, my attempt to acquire a suitable case and screen protector turned into an ordeal I wish to forget.Upon entering the store, the absence of any available sales personnel was noticeable. Left to my own devices, I navigated through a haphazard display of cases, with price discrepancies that bordered on the absurd. To my dismay, one case even sported a price tag of $999.00, clearly unrelated to any sensible pricing strategy. The disarray was further accentuated by the absence of any labeled prices on the screen protector boxes, only to be dismissed nonchalantly by a passing shop assistant, who seemed more interested in excusing the chaos than rectifying it.What's more, the general demeanor of the sales team was lackadaisical and unhelpful, rendering any hope of assistance futile. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this store, as reflected in the exorbitant prices and the unprofessional conduct of the staff. Moreover, the sight of groups of Indian sales associates casually congregating in different sections of the store was both perplexing and disconcerting.Frankly, the entire shopping experience at Best Buy Coquitlam was nothing short of appalling. Following a pleasant transaction at the local Apple store, this encounter served as a stark reminder of how a retail environment should not be managed. As someone involved in sales myself, the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service standards was not only disappointing but also disheartening.If Best Buy Coquitlam wishes to redeem itself, a complete overhaul of its staff and a reevaluation of its approach to customer satisfaction are imperative. Until then, I strongly advise potential customers to explore other, more customer-oriented establishments for their electronic needs. My experience at Best Buy Coquitlam was an unfortunate reminder of how a once-reputable store can fall into disarray and neglect.

Painfully slow and ignorant service. Purchased here multiple times, a DJI drone and drone accessories!! They did not come to help, after asking for help, they directed to someone else and STILL nobody came. Just want to come in and spend quickly 1000+ dollars without hunting staff members for 10 minutes. I don’t think it’s that difficult. We’ll shop somewhere else next time.

100% the worst Best Buy out there. Rude, unhelpful, and frankly atrocious staff. When asked for ANYTHING, they’ll direct you to someone else. That person will then direct you back to the first person. Staff will refuse to help you look for an item. Processing returns is as hard as applying for a citizenship in America. You WILL be ignored. If you are unfortunate enough to arrive 1 hour before closing time, the staff will find an excuse to not help you REGARDLESS of the task at hand.

Employee made a really snarky comment to me about buying a phone before. You have to spend $1,000+ before you can even hold one to try it out? Ohh but you have 2 days to return it ?. Bad marketing and bad attitude employees

Poor service and communication! Ordered a laptop that was not available, they said they can order it in for pick-up after 2 days. Called the best buy and can’t even talk to the store directly to fix the issue or get updates. I keep getting asked to wait for an update from the store or that i have to call the purolator myself to track my laptop. I could not get a refund for me to purchase another laptop because they said the laptop is not physically in the store yet so cannot get a refund… for me to have to call them a week after the promised delivery to find out the laptop was actually returned to the warehouse and that i need to go to the store for a refund. So much back and forth, waste of my time for me to not receive a laptop and I work from home. Do not recommend Best Buy-unreliable

Poor communication of staff. They are suppose to call me for a credit that has been processed by the manufacture of the product. You can't even call the this store directly which is absolutely ridiculous. I've had to call the the bestbuy Canada support number and they keep telling me they will get the store to call me right away, which doesn't happen. It takes over a day. I've had 3 people call me from this store saying they don't understand/ can't help me and tell me the appliance manager will call me but still has not happened. Waiting and waiting and still no result. Call the support number again and back in a circle we go. I will never buy an appliance or any electronic from here again.

If it was possible to give less than 1 start I would give it a negative 5 stars! There is virtually no customer service, incompetent staff and they are impossible to contact!Avoid BestBuy at all costs! For major appliances better go to a specialized store. BestBuy is the worst! Irresponsible, irresponsive, you feel like you are being cheated while dealing with them!Concretely:I have purchased a washing machine and a dryer from them. A sales person named Chermille Corgio sold me both along with delivery and installation services. But she forgot about that disconnection service must be ordered separately! The installation had been scheduled for the next week. As a result the installation team was not able to install the appliances because they are not authorized to disconnect the old washing machine.After torturous 3 days of trying to schedule disconnection and then re-schedule installation again finally all was seemingly arranged.The disconnection had been performed (2 weeks after the purchase already!!!) but the installation guys didn't show up!!! Now I am in a limbo not being able reach their customer service by all possible means!I tried calling and after 30 minutes of waiting I get stuck at "estimated waiting time is 2 minutes"!My emails don't get any response too! I feel like I got scammed!

They got the delivery address wrong. I called and waited for an hour trying to update the address, didn’t get through. The day before delivery, someone guy called and I told them the correct address. They then rescheduled the delivery date, but they didn’t reschedule the installation date. I then called BestBuy, got transferred 2 times, waited for a long time, then they told me the earliest time is Aug 2nd, which is 3 weeks after the dishwasher was delivered. This is horrible service.

Though some of the staff is unfriendly, my experience with the cashier yesterday (June 10) was awesome. The young guy was super patient, helpful and kind. I wasn't sure about which earphones to get, and he guided me - regardless of my price point (not upselling, but genuinely helping) to whatever fit my needs. In a world where tons of service staff are rude and indifferent - thank you! You made a hard day easier.

im so disappointed in manager of coquitlam location ali persian girl i told her to bring me a speaker she brought a headphone with atatude no costumer service what so ever if i was the gm or ceo i wouldnt hire girls like this fire her im soending 50k soon buy electronic for myself and family i want mandy the punjabi lady to become the manager very nice with respect fire ali or i wont shop at best biy and soend 50k
