They had helped me at one point to repair my punctured tires July 2024, but it has proven to be very temporary fix. Air started to leak out about a month or two after, I first thought it was just wear and tear air leak, so I went to a gas station and fill up the air. But the low tire pressure started happening frequently, so I went to them again. Because it was out of the warranty period of one month, I had to pay again. Which Understood, so I paid. That was October 15, 2024.
I almost wanted to give them a bit higher score because of that first encounter, but what I have experienced in the subsequent visit has totally changed my mind about this business.
During the October 15th, first I had to wait for about a week to get my appointment to visit the technician. I waited about 30 minutes to have it done. At the end of appointment I asked the technician why the tire pressure dropped all the time, he sounded very impatient and a bit demeaning, letting me know I just had to deal with it but didn't tell me what exactly the issue was. I walked away confused $40 short, hoping that this won't happen again.
The tire pressure start the dropping a few days after that one month warranty expired, so now it was November 11th. This time I will not bother to bring my car back to this location because of the terrible service and convoluted charge. I would have been better off just going to a gas station and fill up my tires, which would last me about the same time for $2.50.
If you would like your tires to be properly fixed I don't recommend this business at all. Maybe in a pinch if you have a puncture they can help you but I doubt the quality of their work. I hate to say but I felt like they just want you to visit repeatedly.

I went in in October to get new tires, before booking my appointment, I called multiple times as I kept forgetting things I needed to ask, Ross was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I booked my appointment, dropped my car off early and they got my car in and out within an hour or so. They are extremely efficient and kind. I also got a rebate with my tires which is a bonus. The receptionist was very kind as well.

I'm very impressed with this business. I purchased some tires recently and not only did they do a price match, they beat the price. Tires were replaced quickly only took about 20 mins.

Sold me cheap garbage Chinese tires for the price of what I could have got decent ones somewhere else. Also soaked me 175$ for an alignment that did nothing to help my suv. Go to Westwood tire! Would never recommend this place. I wanted one I could also use in the winter and the apparently I got three season tires that are so bad I feel like I’m on ice when it barely rains. Garbage!

I had an appointment to mount a set of wheels and tires for the morning. When I went to the counter to check in and drop off the wheels, John Fullon was quick to state he was too busy to help and would not be able to take the wheels. I made multiple attempts to explain I had made an appointment earlier for the time slot, but John dug his heels in and pointed out other people were waiting for work. I acknowledged it was busy, but again explained the appointment time. John huffed some more and stated he may have them done after several hours or by the next day. At no point did John make any attempt to check the appointment calendar to confirm my appointment.
I'm incredibly shocked that Big O tires would have such a disgruntled staff member working at the front counter being the face and initial contact to the company. I understand it was a busy day and it can be hectic, however to forgo a greeting and instead bark at a customer that they are too busy to accept a customer is shocking business practice.
I've gone to Big O tires before and have always had friendly staff. I'm terribly sorry that an otherwise 4.5 star company has John Fullon at the front counter tarnishing the experience.
On a side note, Kal tires were happy to do the work in the same time frame and at a lower price. Shame.

Quick and Easy tire changes.
I did my seasonal tire changes at Fountain Tire for years and would have to take a half day off work as it would take 3+ hours from my appointment time for my car to be ready.
Big O Tires prioritizes my vehicle and I get in and out in under 30 mins.

Stored my wife's summer tires under my phone number they sold the tires and stated they phoned my wife at our house number but they never had our house number just my cell number we paid 600.00 for the tires

Went in to Big O today, needing a 4 tire balance for my 04 TSX. Tech questioned why, said should have a road test could be something else, I was certain that was the only problem. Tech said alright I will do as you ask. Car drives great, steering wheel vibration gone. Thank You for listening Couldn't be happier.

I needed to get a new set of tires for my wife's vehicle. After doing some research I decided to go with the kumho crugen ht51 offered on Big-O-Tires website and got a quote online. I made the appointment for that afternoon and additionally had the shop replace the rear brakes while they did the tires. The final bill was actually less than what I was quoted which was a first for me. Happy with the service and will return when in need of new tires for our vehicles again.

We've been loyal customers for years. I don't think I've ever posted a review. They have gone on site to fix a flat tire for us, we get oil changes, and trust their judgment on repairs. Really appreciate the service at Big O! Thanks.
