After cancelling my everyday banking accounts here over 10 years ago. I am still clearing accounts created years ago in trust from here and the useless are still here working not sure why BMO has such trouble hiring professionals. Hopefully soon I will be all done with them. I was a customer for 30 years and always problems.

It was good, even allows for 5 & 10 dollar bills to be withdrawn through the ATMs. However it is locked at night time.

Absolutely infuriated with BMO's (the High street. Coquitlam). Came in with high hopes based on their 'attractive package'. Explicitly shared my self-employed status and $65,000 income, only to find they incompetently entered it as zero! Their monumental mistake, and their response? Claiming the flawed credit card application can't be changed! Such careless errors can wreak havoc on one's credit. Utterly negligent and unprofessional service. Won't step foot in BMO again, and strongly urge others to think twice. Unless BMO addresses and rectifies this blunder, they've lost a customer and gained a vocal critic.

This is an unhelpful bank. They behave differently because I have a beard inside. I took the document that I am a refugee in Canada and the document that I have a work permit. It still asks me for my passport. I don't have it, why do you still insist? I have many bank accounts in Canada, but bmo bank does not open an account and does not help by insisting. Why can't I open an account in this bank when I can open an account in many banks? what is your feature? bmo is a waste of time. If the documents are not valid, why did you make an appointment with me? all it takes is a silly apology..absolutely a waste of time...

I went to this branch a few days ago to order a new Debit card.One of the staff, Ginger, she went far and beyond to help me. She didn't have to, she could easily ask me to do the things she did for me myself. I want to thank her and say that I've never received such a great service at a bank before. Thank you!

I am so impressed by the Korea lady I forgot to ask her name, I want to thank her for providing my account information including SWIFT code and home branch address I need to provide to the sender from US in order to complete a wire transfer. Her professional service is great. I was in the High St branch around 3:20pm on Oct 1.

I visited this branch today to get some statements that were not showing up on my online banking and there was a long line. However, the branch manager, Ji Baek, came to the line and started asking people in line to see if she can help out. And I think that’s very admirable. Im sure she had a lot on her plate, but the fact that she puts customers first and goes out of her way to clear the line says a lot about her.She did help me with my statement quickly. She should be a role model to all other BMO and other bank managers.Thank You Ji

Hi,My 17 year old son and I came into branch 0823 15 min prior to closing, with an urgent request to unblock his online account access. This was his first credit card, and he was unsure what to do. She was so helpful, kind, accommodating, and reassuring. This is my first interaction with BMO, but I was so pleased with Ramsha making us feel important.Thank you so much for making a stressful situation better!Kelly
