Frankly I am "shocked" this branch has only 2.5 stars. I have not visited this branch in person for sometime now but when I did last year I couldn't have asked for better service. I will be revisiting the branch as soon as my v/m is received by someone at this branch. I am hoping for a return call today but I surely understand if they need a day or two to respond.I will say; I have had to deal with a few different Canadian Banks and I must say, BMO has made my personal and business banking needs very easy with super friendly service!I recommend BMO to everyone, they will help you have a successful future!!

While the tellers are kind I find myself and my mother are frequently waiting 30 plus minutes for service. Why not add an additional teller between 10am-2pm as it happens on a regular basis. The company seems to have little to no compassion for elderly or disabled individuals who visit the establishment during those times.

I am a regular customer at this branch. Many times, one of the teller is having a breakfast at her front desk without wearing a mask. She sometimes even sent me to another teller because she was eating something. I heard other tellers calling her “Lohini.” She definitely needs to learn how to provide a better customer service and not to have a breakfast while she is not on a break.

Very bad experience, waited for 30 minutes for the CSR. There were three customers stand in line, the lady in front of me had to get a chair to sit down , and the lady behind me walked out without doing her banking. There were two CSRs at the time, one of the CSR took over 30 minutes to finish the transaction with his client and they were just talking and laughing the whole time I was there. I must say that he certainly provided the best customer service to this particular client, but he completely ignored that there were other customers waiting to be served too! The second CSR disappeared with her customer. Will not use this branch for banking in the future.

Recently visited this branch for a larger withdrawal that required me to speak with a banker. I had the fortune of working with Rohini E. who was friendly, professional, and considerate of my situation. It was a very pleasant transaction.

Wait times are OUTRAGEOUS at this location. I feel like I've stepped back to 1940 and the BIG outing of the day was the bank visit. Not impressed, and not going to this location ever again.

I started using the services from this branch since this month, as the lougheed mall branch services are terrible. So far, the staffs are helpful and patient. Five stars give to Esther, who helped me prepared my accounts record. She does excellent job.

Paying off my student debt so I can close my BMO account. They don't care about you, your family, your house, your job. All they want is your money. I was told by the manager not to expect a call because "she forgets." Worst service.

Not too sure if this is a new buzzword of if even a word I believe it might be in the future . This bank suffers from over diversification . I have been a member of BMO for 30 years . The tellers and service people are all very friendly competent and helpful . My experience with some account mangers was somewhat different as I found it quite frustrating ,and they did not seem to know how to do there job. It appears as if they were not hired based on their ability ,but just to fill some perceived quota.Best person for the job should apply everywhere especially for such important financial decisions such a investments mortgages etc .I will be moving all my accounts to an institution more representative of the community it serves . I would encourage all others to do the same .
