We were looking for clothes to wear on our upcoming trip to Mexico and Antima has been very helpful, kind and patient with us trying on so much clothes. It’s not everyday that you meet someone who has the patience and willingness to truly help and make you feel good about what you’re wearing. Super thankful for a wonderful experience on a rather ordinary day at the mall. Antima, you’re the best!

Went to the boathouse clothing store this weekend as my daughter was looking for her grade 7 grad dress and had seen one there previously that she had liked. Came into the store and saw it hanging up high on the rack so asked for assistance to get it down. Right away the store manager Jason came over and got it down for us. Was super accommodating right off the bat checking all the dresses for the size we needed. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Got us into a change room right away and offered to bring out a pair of shoes to go with the dress and offered me a chair to sit while I wait for my daughter to try them on. He brought out the perfect pair of shoes to go with the dress and was so kind. I have not had that type of customer service in a clothing store in a very long time! Jason made the whole process so quick, comfortable and easy for us! We were in and out with the perfect dress and shoes for my daughter’s big day. Thank you Jason! We will definitely be shopping there more often now!

I was helped by a young lady named charity finding the product I had looked for for weeks in my size, and was unsuccessful… She was not only able to track down what I was looking for in my size…. But her and her associate David were able to get it on hold at another location. I was very impressed with the effort level and professionalism. My hope is that management reads this and understands that having employees that put in the time to keep their customers happy happy I would build repeat customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer at the Coquitlam location and thank you again Charity and DAVID for the excellent help.

We were there for dinner Tuesday Dec 12. The service was friendly but not attentive. We poured our own wine, had to move our dirty dishes to the side for the server to collect them. I would understand this if the restaurant was full and busy, but there was more empty tables then full.The calamari was terrible, we barely ate it and they just cleared it away with no questions.The tuna appie was great but the crispy rice things were horrible. I scrapped off the Tuna and left the soggy rice things, again no questions about how it was.We order the lobster bisque- amazing! Best dish of the night.I order the miso crusted halibut and it was okay, heavily crusted with a massive troth of sauce! For the price and quality of food, service aside, I will never go back. I continued to give it the benefit of the doubt but remain disappointed which is so so unfortunate as there is so much potential. Save your money, stay home and cook!!! Nothing special with $$$ try at your own risk but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Very beautiful view, but the food was awful. Not even one dish out of 6 that we order for the table was good.I was surprised why on a Simmer Sunday very few people were having dinner there.Now I know.

Unfriendly and unreasonable service! (See similar reviews below)The item I bought online is a on sale item, clearance items are final sale. However, the staff in store refused my on sale item return request. She was assertive and refused to check whether my item is on sale or on clearance. I recommend returning via Canada post for online orders.I wonder if the staff is measured by the number of refund she handles……

Staff dresses extremely unprofessional (dirty clothes, sweatpants, and sweatshirts) as if they just got out of bed. Maybe that's fashion that I don't understand?? Regardless, I went to buy a shirt on the sale rack that had no tag, and they said that they couldn't sell it to me because they couldn't find it in their system. I found it odd how that seemed like an acceptable reason. Guess if tags get pulled off of sale items they're now considered garbage??

Drove 35 minutes to Coquitlam Centre today, Dec 27, to make several returns to different stores. When I went up to the till at Boathouse, the girl saw I was about to make a return and told me "we don't accept returns today". I asked why not, as they were not busy (only 1 other shopper in the store) and she rudely replied it's their policy!! Out of 4 returns today, they were the only store that wouldn't accept one. Ridiculous! Now I have to waste another hour of driving to make the return! Nice! I knew not to go on boxing day, but Dec 27 why?? Will not shop there again.

I shop here frequently and never had an issue, staff is always friendly and they help me every time. Yesterday I went around 2 and what it seemed to be the store manager, was being rude and bossy with everyone, mainly with the 2 girls working there. There was a huge line and she was being awful, not helping the girl at the till and rolling her eyes at the clients for asking basic stuff. Such a bad experience, made me want to just leave and not buy ever again. I felt bad specially for the girls working there and absolutely unacceptable the eye rolling thing with a client who was kind with her.

The store manager is a lady with curly hair, African descent. Had to write her description because she wasn’t wearing her name tag. She was extremely rude for no reason. Went there to ask for a refund for an item. She did not process my refund and talked to me in such a stupid and ignorant manner. She started matching the item code and pretended as if I was lying and that the code doesn’t even exist. Won’t recommend this store to anyone all because of her exceptionally bad customer service.

We couldn't find the Notre Dame sweatshirt we wanted so one of the sales team helped us place an order on-line. We were thrilled! Two days later we got an email that our order had been CANCELLED as they were out of stock!!! We ended up buying it at an inflated price at LIDS. Ridiculous that you order something because they advertise they have it only to have to go shopping again when they can't meet their promise to send.
