Yesterday, we were making a regular visit with my dog. She did her business outside as usual, but soon after browsing for 5-10 mins, she did herself an accident on the carpet inside the store….
Embarrassed, I notified the staff and asked for a towel so I could clean up.
However the staff insisted they clean up and assured me multiple times with a smile.
To the two ladies (one with plaid skirt and one who came from the back to clean),
Your dedication and service was warming and I thank you!

I used the dog wash service and it was amazing. I thought it would be a nightmare for huskies but the equipment is nice and the products used are nice too. They give you treats to help with the process and the service from the associate was great too. Def recommend it

I don’t know how much Finn is making, but this staff member needs a raise or a promotion. Dude went out of his way to help me around the store. He was super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable when I called before my visit in-store. 6/5 stars for Finn and other staff member whose name I didn’t get.
0/5 stars for their reptile/fish section. Would love to see higher quality reptile foods e.g. Repashy or Pangea. Give some love to the little guys too.

Just adopted a 2year old bonded pair of kitties from foster. Didn't want to do any supermarket food. One has urinary issues. I went to 6 different pet stores around the lower mainland and this bosley was by far the best. Staff were knowledgeable and kind. I felt they had true knowledge about healthy cats and not just trying to sell me stuff! And they were also the cheapest, bonus!!!!

I got some food and supplements for a picky kitten and a senior with skin issues here today. The staff here is absolutely amazing!! So knowledgeable and wonderfuly warm and personable. I will be back here for sure :)

While I will always use any Bosley's overost other pet shops this location is my favorite and my first port of call when it comes to feeding my sweet lil baby. Their staff is friendly and always very helpful. They seem to be a very inclusive group and that diversity adds to the charm of this particular location. My baby girl does not require extensive grooming but if she did I would not hesitate to use the self grooming facilities. They are always clean while also being used frequently. That is just another sine of the care and pride the staff take/have for their store.

Used to be my regular shop. Super rudely told their closing literally one minute after 9pm when I was at the till paying for my order and asking questions... wow! Clown show working there!!

Lovely staff, all are very helpful! The staff are attentive and ready to help if you have questions. This location is out of my way but I would come back just for the service and friendly faces!
