Nothing to complain about. I find what I'm looking for online before I go to the store. I know what isle my item is in, if there's stock and if it's on sale.

Went to get tires and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and above expectations. They seriously made buying tires a fun experience.

Brought my SUV for a seasonal tire change (8 tires, 4 rims) and had to do a drop in on a Sunday.
The front desk said that’d it’s only be 1.5-2hrs max and that they’d give me a text/call once they’re done.
2.5 hrs go by and still nothing so I give them a call to no response. I called again an hour later and still no response. I end up calling 5 times in the span of 6 hours to no response so I end up driving down to see what’s going on.
The same guy at the front desk says that they finished the change 2 hours after I had initially dropped it off and said that he should’ve texted/called me. I’m assuming he forgot since he just gave a bs apology instead. I would’ve drove down sooner but I live a decent distance away and didn’t want to waste my time for it not to be finished.
Costed $170 for some of the worst customer service and 6 wasted hours.

Terrible service and don't ever believe them when they say something is in stock or they have 10.
Well I will ad to this including the part where I tried to call the number back to discuss to no avail.
I have officially stopped spending 5 grand a year here as of now they only have self checkout and a grumpy looking security guard making sure you pay for your junk. I did sign up to work at can tire or any other store so I won't be a part of it anymore. I will order my junk online now from elsewhere!

Truly atrocious customer service. I ordered an item for pick-up at this location, and after a month of hearing nothing I finally contacted their customer service.
They advised the supplier couldn't fulfill the order and they couldn't transfer the item in from another location, and that I'm pretty much out of luck. All staff throughout the interaction were inconsiderate, unsympathetic, and unpleasant to deal with.
If I hadn't reached out to them for an update, I would still be waiting for this item to arrive. I'm still also waiting for a refund even though they identified weeks ago they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order.
This item was a gift with a lot of sentimental value for the recipient and I was left scrambling at the last minute for a replacement. I can no longer support this location, or Canadian Tire in general, as they've made it clear they don't care about their customers.

every time I try to talk to the parts department, the phone gets picked up and then laid down and disconnected, this is becoming a crappy store not just crappy tire.

You're going to have lots more 1-star reviews from customers if you keep Consuelo at customer service. She was very rude and does not know how to treat customers properly.

It has everything you need but there are two issues I find with most CT locations. First the staff never ask you if you have questions or need any help with anything. I think in the past 100 visits I’ve been asked twice. Secondly is there advertising staff, they always are trying to get you with something. Very annoying. Otherwise, if I know what I want before coming in, I seem to have a great experience.

What is it with Canadian tire and the staff?? I went to one in Surrey last year because a inflatable that I bought had a brown stain on it so I returned it the same day and they questioned me in the third degree as if I did something to their item within two hours.
THEN I just came from the location on Seguin Drive in Coquitlam and I ask a manager that was passing by me for help, and she just had this attitude from the onset. I tell her the item and I show it to her on my phone. She tells me that she cannot see it, so I bring it closer to her and then she pushes my phone away as if I was shoving it in her face (which I was not). She says she can’t read it again, so then I backed it away a little further and then she tells me to quit moving my phone?? I told her that I was responding to what she said because she said she could not see it and then she pulls her eyeglasses down and tells me that it’s my fault because I am moving my phone all around and she can’t read the number. I tried to de-escalate the situation by asking if she’s having a busy or rough day and this just merely aggravated her even more unfortunately. She then raises her voice and tells me it’s because I keep moving my phone. I asked if there was someone else that can help me and then she just got someone else to come over and then she walked away without a word. Her name is Ellen and is a short lady with short black hair. Avoid this lady at all costs. Not going to lie, though I do love the options and selection available at all Canadian tires and therefore I am not giving it one star, but rather two.

Amazing service, got light bulbs for my kitchen flood lights with professional advices from an elder gentlemen. Also bought a saw for renovating mattress with advice from a staff there. All staff there are nice and helping. Kind and loving place you should go if you need anything for home.
