Today,I went to the coquitlam branch to return or exchang the dress that I bought. when I said ,I wanted to return it , the younger sales lady spoke to me in a very bad tone,saying that this was a final sale and we could not exchange it for anything,I said I didn't knoe and I bought this from north vancouver branch.she said if yoou wre our customer , you would know , and if you buy something and love it ,there's no reason to return it.she was very rude and I didn't expect such treatment at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at Caposhie. I bought a dress 7 days ago, and the lady at the store assured me that I could return it within 7 days. However, when I went back today to return the dress, another lady told me that they only accept exchanges, not returns. When I explained that I had a sizing issue, she claimed that all their dresses are "free size." But when I insisted on looking around for another dress to exchange, I discovered that they actually have dresses in small and medium sizes!
To make matters worse, when I finally found a dress to exchange, she refused to accept the original dress, claiming it had been used—even though I hadn’t worn it at all! This was by far the worst and most disappointing customer service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend this store to anyone!

My auntie and cousin visited on July 29th. They picked a beautiful dress and an accessory. When paying, they wanted to take out the accessory but the older lady working there insisted it was a good deal, how beautiful it is, etc. and if they don't like it, they can always return it within 7 days. Now it is clear that she was referring to the accessory as she was rambling about how beautiful and a good deal it was. They purchased it under the impression that it was returnable.
Today we went to return it after some consideration, and within a week, and the older and a younger lady vehemently denies that as per the store policy, it is not refundable. It was the same old lady. She knew when she was advising the return policy that it wouldn't apply to the accessory in question. She has plausible deniability because she could say she was referring to the dress, but it was clear they were discussing the accessory. Quality and price aside, it's a pretty scummy move and poor practice. I guess that's what comes from a smaller brand.

Got pants tore in few wears. The owner refuses to talk. The only thing she offers that I buy again from caposhie & she will offer 20% off which is their normal deal. Nothing special for their poor quality product. Very disappointed.

Disappointing quality and service. Purchased pants that snagged and scratched everythig it was in contact with so I wanted to return them. Called the store no return call. Went into store to show them them the issue, they told me to email head office because it was past their return time and maybe they would give a store credit. I emailed twice no reply. Yes, it was past their return policy time, however, I was returning due to poor quality. I don't always wear things the hot minute I buy them but when I did wear them and then notice these issues I contacted them. Still no reply.

I love their clothes and the women that work there are so helpful! Their clothes fit in just the right way, are colourful and good quality. This is officially my favourite clothing store.

I had a great experience shopping at CaposhieFTY the sales person or manager was unbelievably knowledgeable and not only was able to take care of few customer at the same time she went beyond her job and one by one check on each customer about their needs and also help to make sure things that each customer buy are a good match for their needs!!!I do have business and know how important is to have good employee like her specially on these days, I wish I was able find someone like you for my business.Thank you so much FTY ,Your are the best !

I’ve been in Coquitlam centre dozens or more times and today I took a little d-tour and found my dream store. Oh my, what a find......Gracious staff, Adriana and Susan, and I walked out with 2 gorgeous skirts, linen, Italian made with a great design. Not the cheapest but hey, with a good sale on, it’s very doable. So, do yourself a favour and pop in, you won’t regret it.

Great...High quality for all products. They made in Taipei, Korean, Europe etc. The customer services ladies is very nice, she introduced which product is suitable for you. Her recommend is professional. In future I like go there choose my clothes forever and ever.
