“The rental vehicle was amazing. The staff were delightful, kind and professional. Their office was clearly under pressure while we were there, but they worked as a team to solve the problems and stayed calm and kind to each other and their customers. While we were on our trip there was support available to us, but not needed. The policies were easy to understand and explained upfront. I recommend them. They are very busy at pick up and drop off times, though, so be prepared to wait a little.”

“I’ve been using Driving Force for our company vehicles for a few years now, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. Shawn in sales and Shirley in the office have always made the entire process incredibly easy and smooth. Communication is fast, everything is handled efficiently, and Shawn has always been able to find exactly what I’m looking for. It’s really appreciated when you can reach out, explain what you need, and know that everything will be taken care of without making the process complicated. I’ll definitely continue using Driving Force for our company’s vehicle needs and have already recommended them to others looking for vehicles. Thank you Shawn and Shirley for the consistently great service!”

“Very friendly service at the Edmonton location. It was a very smooth transaction to get from the Airport to the rental location (and back). I would definitely consider renting from them again in the future.”

“Recently I experienced a breakdown on the side of the road and desperately needed a vehicle. With no notice I contacted Enterprise online and booked a small/compact vehicle to pick up within a couple of hours. My reservation was confirmed. When I arrived I was told that there were no small/compact cars. I explained that I had already booked one and had recieved an email confirmation that one was ready and waiting. Without hesitation I was upgraded to a much nicer vehicle without any increase in price. I was actually surprised by what they were putting me into compared to what I booked. Very quickly I was on the road again. I had booked this vehicle for five days. As things turned out, my vehicle was repaired way faster than anticipated and I was able to return the rental after only one day. None of this was a problem! I was able to return the rental without fuss after only one day and not five...and thats all I paid for, one day. My experience here was excellent!! The people were friendly, professional and efficient. They were able to not only meet my expectations but greatly exceeded them. If I ever need to rent a vehicle again this is definitely the place I'm going to.”

“Excellent service from start to finish I had a great experience with Enterprise while my car was in the body shop. They picked me up right at the shop and dropped me off when my car was ready, which made the whole process stress-free. The front desk staff were professional, personable, and prompt, and they listened carefully to what I needed. The best part was the driver who took me back and forth. He made both rides enjoyable, and I felt completely safe the whole way. I'd happily use this team again and recommend them to anyone who needs a rental.”

“I recently rented a car and overall had a smooth experience. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained,It handled well on the road, and fuel efficiency was decent. The pickup and drop-off process was quick and easy, with clear instructions and friendly staff. Communication from the rental team was prompt and helpful throughout the process. Pricing was fair, and all charges were explained clearly upfront with no hidden fees. I would recommend this service to others and would rent from them again.”
