Tami & Marie were amazing, they know how to fit a bra properly! Very though and knowledgeable. I now have a bra I don’t have to adjust constantly and is actually comfortable. Thank you!

I needed to share my recent experience at Change. Shopping for lingerie can be a bit tricky, but this time, it was different and all thanks to this amazing employee, Damaris.There where two of us and from the moment we walked in, Damaris was there with a smile. She wasn't just polite, she was genuinely welcoming.What was great about her was she really took the time to help us out. She answered all of our questions, and you could tell she knew her stuff. The way she could take our vague descriptions and come up with spot-on suggestions was like she was some kind of lingerie psychic. She made it feel like we were shopping with a super knowledgeable friend.She was really respectful of what we were comfortable with and helped us explore new styles without pushing us out of our comfort zone. The best part was that she didn't make us feel rushed. Instead, she made sure we were totally happy with our choices before we made a purchase. She also made sure to let us know the current sale which actually made us walk out with two free pieces based on how many items we were purchasing.Damaris also gave us tips on how to take care of the pieces so they'd last longer.So far so good with the products but I really just wanted to make sure Damaris is acknowledged for her great customer service.

I buy alot of bras here but lately the last 3 or 4 I have gotten the underwire has poked through on the inside of the cup on the 4th or 5th wash, which at atleast $80 a piece is totally unacceptable. Very disappointed

Wouldn’t recommend this location.The sales associate came into my change room without warning or consent. She also started fixing my bra without warning or consent. She seemed irritated to help me out and got mad when she was trying to measure me
